Expense Home

This feature is available after applying for WORKS Finance.

In the Expense Home, you can check and manage the expense status such as expense request and settlement history and integrated card approval history, and view related statistics at a glance. You can also click the card or information displayed in the content area to directly use the corresponding function.

To use the Expense Home, click ‘Expense Home’ in the left-side menu field of the Expense service.

The Expense Home screen is laid out as follows.

Area Description
① Content Tab Select the content to be displayed in the Content Area.

  • Dashboard: Displays the expense summary information as a card.
  • Timeline: Displays up to 100 logs recorded within the Expense service during the recent month in the order of latest first.
  • Getting Started: Displays the settings necessary for using the Expense service as a card, and displays expense items, settings, and budget status.
② Content Area
  • Displays the budget expense status, log history, and Expense service management items according to the selected content.
  • Click items or log details displayed in card form to go to the related menu.

Getting Started

When you access the Expense service for the first time, the Getting Started page will guide you through how to set expense-related information. Each setting item is displayed as a closed card. Clicking a card once will open the card to show the basic settings. Click it again to go to the related menu.
To use the Expense service seamlessly, follow the order of cards in the Getting Started page and complete the settings for all items.

Area Description
① Set expense environment Takes you to the Set Expense menu for managing the basic settings to use the Expense service.
② Register corporate credit card Takes you to the Manage Card menu for registering corporate cards and setting integration with credit card companies.
③ Manage expense items Takes you to the Manage Expense Item Code menu for managing expense items.
④ Set expense audit items Takes you to the Manage Audit Items menu for setting items for Self Check audit during expense settlements and managing explanations.

After completing all settings in the Getting Started page, The Dashboard page will appear when you access the Expense service. The Dashboard page displays expense-related summary information in the card form.

The following cards are displayed in the Dashboard page.

Area Description
① Summary Information
  • Displays the total amount of expense plans requested until present and the total amount of expense settlements.
  • Click to access the corresponding sub menu.
② Expense Report
  • Classifies and displays expenses that occurred until present according to the settlement method, and displays the integrated card usage status, audit item violations, and explanation status.
  • Displays the yearly expense amount trends and settlement trends by expense item as charts.
  • Click to access the corresponding sub menu.


Displays up to 100 logs of the Expense service for the last one month in the order of newest first. Click the link for each item to go to the related menu.
