Audit

This feature is available after applying for WORKS Approval.

To ensure the security of company data and personal information, tasks performed by accessing Business Support are recorded in logs. Admin accounts and user accounts (members, part-timers, business accounts) are included in log target accounts. Log target events are tasks related to processing personal information, etc. and for more information, see the log event target table in each log menu. (Currently, Business Support Settings and HR service logs are provided and the service will be expanded in the future.)

Up to the last six months of log searches are available.

View Business Support Settings Log

You can view the administrator's log audit history and download detailed logs.

The ‘Audit > Business Support Settings’ is laid out as follows.

Area Description
① Search window Search for performed tasks based on the period, event target, task, user, login ID, service type, ID address, and success status

  • Event Target: see ‘the Business Support Settings log event target’ table shown below
  • Service type: include calls using API, PC web, and mobile app
② Download Download logs as an Excel file (See Request Log Download)
③ Log list
  • Service: services that performed Business Support Settings tasks
  • Detailed logs: Click the ‘View’ button to view detailed logs

Business Support Settings log event targets:

The following describes how to view the Business Support Settings log.

  1. Click 'Admin Menu' at the top right of the PC web screen, then click 'Business Support Settings' in the pop-up window.
  2. Click at the top left of the screen.
  3. Click ‘Audit > Business Support Settings’ from the menu.
  4. If necessary, enter the conditions to search in the search window, and click ‘Search’.
    • You can view the log information that matches the entered conditions.

View HR Log

You can view the task log of the HR Admin or user account and manage detailed logs.

The HR page is laid out as follows.

Area Description
Search window Search for performed tasks based on the period, event target, task, user, login ID, service type, ID address, and success status

  • Event Target: see the ‘HR log event target’ table shown below
Download Download the viewed logs as an Excel file (See Request Log Download)
Log list It displays Member logs

  • Detailed logs: Click the ‘View’ button to view detailed logs

HR log event targets:

The following describes how to view and download the HR log.

  1. Click 'Admin Menu' at the top right of the PC web screen, then click 'Business Support Settings' in the pop-up window.
  2. Click at the top left of the screen.
  3. From the menu, click ‘Audit > HR’.
  4. If necessary, enter the conditions to search in the search window, and click ‘Search’.
    • You can view the log information that matches the entered conditions.

Request Log Download

The following describes how to request to download logs.

  1. Click 'Admin Menu' at the top right of the PC web screen, then click 'Business Support Settings' in the pop-up window.
  2. Click at the top left of the screen.
  3. From the menu, click ‘Audit > HR’ or ‘Business Support Settings’.
  4. If necessary, enter the conditions to search in the search window, and click ‘Search’.
    • You can view the log information that matches the entered conditions.
  5. Click ‘Download’.
    • Document Open Password (Verify): Enter the password required to view the downloaded data.
    • Reason for Download: Enter the reason for the download. You can view the entered reason in the download history.
    • Click ‘Request’.

Download Log

You can view the download history and download files.

The Download Log page is laid out as follows.

Area Description
① List View the list of download requests
② Processing status
  • Available to Download: Download is requested, and the data download is being prepared
  • Download Completed: Data download is completed
  • Expired: Data can't be downloaded as the download expiration date has passed
③ Service Service you requested to download
④ Download Data It displays the compressed file of log data, click to download

  • Unavailable to download if the expiration date has passed
⑤ Expiration Date and Time The download expiration date and time of the requested log data, not available to download after the expiration date
The downloaded file is saved as "YYYYMMDDhhmmss_sca.xlsx" in the Download folder.
