This feature is available after applying for NAVER WORKS Core.<\/div><\/div><\/p>\n

Check the number of messages.<\/p>\n

You can search by specifying the period or download it as an Excel file.<\/p>\n

  1. In the left menu of Admin, select 'Statistics'. On mobile, tap \"\" to open the menu.<\/li>\n
  2. In the Statistics menu, tap 'Message' to navigate to the 'Message' screen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Number of messages<\/h2>\n

    Displays the statistics on the number of messages.<\/p>\n

    The number of messages includes the following of sent messages: texts, stickers\/emojis, bots, files, voice calls, video calls, group calls, and screen sharing.<\/p>\n

    However, for bot messages, the number of recipients counts as the number of messages.<\/p>\n

    • All: If you select all, each item is stacked and displayed on the chart. You can easily check the proportion of each item below.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
