{"id":354280,"date":"2024-07-25T18:49:51","date_gmt":"2024-07-25T09:49:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/help.worksmobile.com\/admin-guides\/bulk-reset-passwords\/"},"modified":"2024-10-16T16:57:58","modified_gmt":"2024-10-16T07:57:58","slug":"password-bulk-reset","status":"publish","type":"admin-guides","link":"https:\/\/help.worksmobile.com\/en\/admin-guides\/manage-members\/members\/password-bulk-reset\/","title":{"rendered":"Bulk reset passwords"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>You can reset the passwords of all members at once.<\/p>\n<p>There are two ways to reset:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Change now: Reset all members' passwords to the same new password.<\/li>\n<li>Request to change: Send a password change request to all members.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>However, when choosing to change now, you must pay attention to the following.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If members are required to change their passwords, first force a password change for security, then send a change request again.<\/li>\n<li>Members who have not registered their ID\/password after signing up using the Quick Login method are excluded from forced change.<\/li>\n<li>All members will be logged out within a maximum of 5 minutes and must log in with the password set by the administrator.<\/li>\n<li>You should either send the new passwords directly to members or guide them on how to find and reset their passwords.<\/li>\n<li>However, members without a mobile phone number or personal email cannot find their password.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>In the left menu of Admin, select 'Member' to expand the menu, then click 'Member'.
