This feature is available after applying for ClovaNote.<\/div><\/div><\/p>\n

Search and manage all notes within a domain.<\/p>\n

You can view information such as the title and creator, and if necessary, delete the note or restrict certain features.<\/p>\n

However, administrators cannot view the content of the note.<\/p>\n

Search notes<\/h1>\n

You can search and view all notes created.<\/p>\n

  1. In the left menu of Admin, select 'Service' to expand the menu, then click '{{clovanote}}'. On mobile, tap \"\" <\/span>to open the menu.<\/li>\n
  2. Select the 'Note Management' tab.<\/li>\n
  3. Click 'Details' at the top right of the list. On mobile, tap \"\".
    \nSearch by creation date in the search bar or press 'Details' to perform an advanced search with specific conditions. You can search by 'Title', 'Creator', 'Note ID', 'Shared URL' in the advanced search.<\/li>\n
  4. Press 'Search'.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Delete notes<\/h1>\n

    Administrators can delete notes.<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. In the left menu of Admin, select 'Service' to expand the menu, then click '{{clovanote}}'. On mobile, tap \"\" <\/span>to open the menu.<\/li>\n
    2. Select the 'Note Management' tab.<\/li>\n
    3. Press 'Delete' right to the note to delete or \"\" at the left. Then, press 'Delete' at the top left.<\/li>\n
    4. Read the precautions and press 'Delete'.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Manage notes<\/h1>\n

      Administrators can view the status of notes and manage the features of individual notes.<\/p>\n

        \n
      1. In the left menu of Admin, select 'Service' to expand the menu, then click '{{clovanote}}'. On mobile, tap \"\" <\/span>to open the menu.<\/li>\n
      2. Select the 'Note Management' tab.<\/li>\n
      3. Press the title of the note to check the status from the list.<\/li>\n
      4. Check the status and restrict individual features or change the settings.<\/li>\n
      5. Press 'Save' at the bottom to apply changes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Note data storage information<\/p>\n

        You cannot restore permanently deleted note data.<\/p>\n

        When administrators delete a specific member, all notes created by the member are permanently deleted and cannot be restored.<\/p>\n

        Notes in the trash will be automatically deleted after 1 year and cannot be restored.<\/p>\n

        The maximum retention period for audio files is 5 years. Once the retention period has passed, audio files are permanently deleted and cannot be played.<\/p>\n

        Please download and backup audio files within the retention period if necessary.<\/p>\n

        All data, except for audio files, will be retained, and you can access the note content, including conversion records.<\/p>\n
