This feature is available after applying for ClovaNote.<\/div><\/div><\/p>\n

You can view notes shared by company members and delete shared links.<\/p>\n

Check shared links<\/h1>\n

You can view links and related information of notes shared by members. <\/p>\n

In the left menu of Admin, select 'Security' to expand the menu, then click 'Manage {{clovanote}} Sharing Links'. On mobile, tap \"\" to open the menu.<\/p>\n

By default, the list shows shared links created today.<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Note Title: The name of the shared note. Click the title to view the detailed information.<\/li>\n
  • Shared Link: The link to access the note. Click the title and then check the full link in the details. <\/li>\n
  • Creator: The name of the member who created the shared link.<\/li>\n
  • Access: A permission to access the shared link. Between 'Anyone with the link' and 'Anyone with access', the value selected by the member who created the link is displayed.<\/li>\n
  • Created: The date and time the shared link is created.<\/li>\n
  • Manage: The administrator can delete the link. Deleting the shared link does not delete the note itself.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Delete the shared link.<\/p>\n

    1. In the left menu of Admin, select 'Security' to expand the menu, then click 'Manage {{clovanote}} Sharing Links' to go to 'Manage {{clovanote}} Sharing Links'. On mobile, tap \"\" to open the menu.<\/li>\n
    2. Press 'Remove' in the 'Manage' section right to the shared link. Deleting the shared link does not delete the note itself.<\/li>\n
    3. Read the precautions and select 'Delete'.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Set search conditions<\/h1>\n

      Enter search criteria to quickly check shared links.<\/p>\n

      1. In the left menu of Admin, select 'Security' to expand the menu, then click 'Manage {{clovanote}} Sharing Links' to go to 'Manage {{clovanote}} Sharing Links'. On mobile, tap \"\" to open the menu.<\/li>\n
      2. Press 'Details' at the top right to select or enter the values that meet the conditions.\n
          \n
        • Created: Select the period for which shared note link was created.<\/li>\n
        • Note title: Enter the title of the shared note.<\/li>\n
        • Link creator: Enter the name of the creator.<\/li>\n
        • Access: You can select between 'Anyone with the link' and 'Anyone with access'.<\/li>\n
        • Shared link: Enter the link of the shared note.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
