Check the number of members per each of the following statuses: In use, Suspended, Pending, and Deleted.<\/p>\n

You can search by specifying the period or download it as an Excel file.<\/p>\n

  1. In the left menu of Admin, select 'Statistics'. On mobile, tap \"\" to open the menu.<\/li>\n
  2. In the Statistics menu, tap 'Account' to navigate to the 'Account' screen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Status by user type<\/h1>\n

    Displays statistics on the user types.<\/p>\n

    This is only available if 'User type' is set to 'Use', allowing you to view statistics on the number of members by user type.<\/p>\n

    The first four user types will be displayed as entered by the user, while any types from the fifth onward will be combined and shown as 'Other'.<\/p>\n

    Number of all members<\/h2>\n

    Displays the statistics on the number of members.<\/p>\n

    The number of members is the total of all statuses (Suspended, Pending, and Deleted) and does not take the account status into account.<\/p>\n

    • View: Select a specific period or enter the search period directly. Then press 'View' to see the statistics. You can only search for data created less than a year.<\/li>\n
    • Download: Press 'Download' to download the data on the screen as an Excel file.\t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Number of members by status<\/h2>\n

      Check the number of members by status.<\/p>\n

      • All: If you select all, each item is stacked and displayed on the chart. You can easily check the proportion of each item below.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
        In use<\/td>\nMembers who are currently using NAVER WORKS<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
        Awaiting<\/td>\nMembers whose accounts have been created but cannot log in because they have not been activated<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
        Suspended<\/td>\nMembers who are temporarily suspended by the administrator or for exceeding failed login attempt limits<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
        Pending<\/td>\nMembers who are added by an administrator but have not yet signed in to NAVER WORKS<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
        Delete<\/td>\nMembers who were deleted less than 7 days ago<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
