Audit provides a log to check members' usage records.<\/p>\n

You can search by setting specific conditions and download the search results.<\/p>\n

Logs are stored for up to 180 days.<\/p>\n

Admin<\/h1>\n

Displays details of all Admin operations, including the performer information. You can search by specifying search conditions and download the results.<\/p>\n

In the left menu of Admin, select 'Audit' to expand the menu, then click 'Admin' to go to the 'Admin' screen of Audit. On mobile, tap \"\" to open the menu.
\n

Mobile App<\/h3>

  • Event Target: The event that happened within a service and is displayed in the name of the service.<\/li>\n
  • Status: Displays whether the task was successful or not.<\/li>\n
  • Task: Task performed by the user. The types of tasks are as follows.\n

    • Register<\/li>\n
    • View<\/li>\n
    • Modify<\/li>\n
    • Delete<\/li>\n
    • Reinstate<\/li>\n
    • Suspend\/cancel account<\/li>\n
    • Download<\/li>\n
    • Upload<\/li>\n
    • Sharing<\/li>\n
    • Withdraw<\/li>\n
    • Change Group Company<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • User: The name and email address of the member who performed the task.<\/li>\n

            You can search by selecting a period, and press 'Advanced' to apply multiple search conditions at once.<\/p>\n

              Download Admin audit log<\/h2>\n

              Download the audit log you searched.<\/p>\n

              1. Use the search in the 'Admin' page to display the content to download on the screen.<\/li>\n
              2. At the top right, press 'Download' to request download.<\/li>\n
              3. Press 'Log Download' on the left menu to navigate.<\/li>\n
              4.
