On mobile, tap <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-22912\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/icon-admin-mobile-menu.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"20\" height=\"20\" \/> to open the menu.<\/li>\n<li>Select the 'Sent\/Received' tab and then press 'Search' to display the audit log search results on the screen.<\/li>\n<li>In the message log search results, select 'Message' to check the detailed information such as channel ID and sending IP\/client. The sending IP\/client is the sending IP and device information used when the message was sent.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"lwtabs\"><div class=\"lwtabs_item \"><h3 class=\"lwtab_title \">Mobile App<\/h3><div class=\"lwtab_content\">\n<ul>\n<li>Event: The log information for the event type of the sent message.
