Audit provides a log to check members' usage records.<\/p>\n

You can search by setting specific conditions and download the search results.<\/p>\n

Logs are stored for up to 180 days.<\/p>\n

Message<\/h1>\n

Check the 'Sent\/Received' and 'Joined\/Exited' history of messages exchanged among members through NAVER WORKS.<\/p>\n

Message audit (Sent\/Received)<\/h2>\n
    \n
  1. In the left menu of Admin, select 'Audit' to expand the menu, then click 'Message' to go to the 'Message' screen of Audit. On mobile, tap \"\" to open the menu.<\/li>\n
  2. Select the 'Sent\/Received' tab and then press 'Search' to display the audit log search results on the screen.<\/li>\n
  3. In the message log search results, select 'Message' to check the detailed information such as channel ID and sending IP\/client. The sending IP\/client is the sending IP and device information used when the message was sent.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Mobile App<\/h3>

    • Event: The log information for the event type of the sent message. It is divided into \u2018Message sent\u2019 and \u2018Bot message sent\u2019 and is followed by the type.<\/li>\n
    • Sender: The name and email address of the member who sent the message.<\/li>\n
    • Receiver: The name and email address of the recipient of the message.<\/li>\n
    • Date: The date and time the message was sent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>
