Audit provides a log to check members' usage records.<\/p>\n

You can search by setting specific conditions and download the search results.<\/p>\n

Logs are stored for up to 180 days.<\/p>\n

Task<\/h1>\n

Check the task details of creating, editing, marking as complete or incomplete, and deleting tasks.<\/p>\n

In the left menu of Admin, select 'Audit' to expand the menu, then click 'Task' to go to the 'Task' screen of Audit. On mobile, tap \"\" to open the menu.<\/p>\n

Mobile App<\/h3>

  • Title: The title you entered when creating the task.<\/li>\n
  • Status: Displays whether the task was performed successfully.<\/li>\n
  • Task: Task performed by the user. The types of tasks are as follows.\n

    • Created<\/li>\n
    • Edited<\/li>\n
    • Completed for me<\/li>\n
    • Changed to incomplete for me<\/li>\n
    • Completed<\/li>\n
    • Task incompleted<\/li>\n

    • User: The name and email address of the member who performed the task.<\/li>\n

            You can search by selecting the period and using advanced search to apply multiple conditions per search.<\/p>\n

            1. On the 'Task' page, select 'Period'. Click 'Advanced' to apply multiple conditions at once for a search.<\/li>\n
            2. Click 'Search' to view the search results.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n

              Download Task audit logs<\/h2>\n

              Download the audit log you viewed.<\/p>\n

              1. On the 'Task' page, use search to view the contents you want to download on the screen.<\/li>\n
              2. At the top right, press 'Download' to request download.<\/li>\n
              3. Press 'Log Download' on the left menu to navigate.<\/li>\n
              4.
