View the history of forms created, changed, or deleted by members.<\/p>\n

In the left menu of Admin, select 'Audit' to expand the menu, then click 'Form' to go to the 'Form' screen of Audit. On mobile, tap \"\" to open the menu.<\/p>\n

  • Title: The title of the form in which the task occurred.<\/li>\n
  • Status: Displays whether the task was performed successfully.<\/li>\n
  • Task: Task performed by the user. The types of tasks are as follows.\n

              Download Form audit logs<\/h2>\n

              Download the audit log you viewed.<\/p>\n

              1. On the 'Form' page, use search to view the contents you want to download on the screen.<\/li>\n
              2. At the top right, press 'Download' to request download.<\/li>\n
              3. Press 'Log Download' on the left menu to navigate.<\/li>\n
              4.
