For app version v2.9 or earlier, you can only check the call history in <a href=\"https:\/\/help.worksmobile.com\/en\/admin-guides\/audit\/\">'Audit' > 'Message'<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In the left menu of Admin, select 'Audit' to expand the menu, then click 'Call' to go to the 'Call' screen of Audit. Press 'Search' to display the audit log search result on the screen. On mobile, tap <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-22912\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/icon-admin-mobile-menu.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"20\" height=\"20\" \/> to open the menu.<\/p>\n<div class=\"lwtabs\"><div class=\"lwtabs_item \"><h3 class=\"lwtab_title \">Mobile App<\/h3><div class=\"lwtab_content\">\n<ul>\n<li>Call: The user's call history.
