Audit provides a log to check members' usage records.<\/p>\n

You can search by setting specific conditions and download the search results.<\/p>\n

Logs are stored for up to 180 days.<\/p>\n

Call<\/span><\/p>\n

From app version v3.0 or later, you can check the member's call history in 'Audit' > 'Call'. For app version v2.9 or earlier, you can only check the call history in 'Audit' > 'Message'<\/a>.<\/p>\n

In the left menu of Admin, select 'Audit' to expand the menu, then click 'Call' to go to the 'Call' screen of Audit. Press 'Search' to display the audit log search result on the screen. On mobile, tap \"\" to open the menu.<\/p>\n

  • Call: The user's call history. The types of call history are as follows:\n

    • Outgoing call<\/li>\n
    • Ended call<\/li>\n
    • Failed call<\/li>\n
    • Outgoing group call<\/li>\n
    • Joined group call<\/li>\n
    • Left group call<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • User: The name and email address of the member whose call log is saved.<\/li>\n
    • Date: The date and time the call log is saved.<\/li>\n
    • Session ID: The set value of a call session. The log is recorded with the same session ID from the moment a member begins a call until the end of a call for all participants.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>

            You can search by selecting the period and using advanced search to apply multiple conditions per search.<\/p>\n

            1. On the 'Call' page, select 'Period'. Click 'Advanced' to apply multiple conditions at once for a search.<\/li>\n
            2. Click 'Search' to view the search results.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n

              Download call audit logs<\/h2>\n

              Download the audit log you viewed.<\/p>\n

              1. On the 'Call' page, use search to view the contents you want to download on the screen.<\/li>\n
              2. At the top right, press 'Download' to request download.<\/li>\n
              3. Press 'Log Download' on the left menu to navigate.<\/li>\n
              4.
