Audit provides a log to check members' usage records.<\/p>\n

You can search by setting specific conditions and download the search results.<\/p>\n

Logs are stored for up to 1 month (31 days).<\/p>\n

Files<\/h1>\n

Check the history of downloading or viewing files on NAVER WORKS.<\/p>\n

You can check the file logs of Board (Note), Message, Mail, Contacts, Drive (Folder), Task, Calendar, Form, Template, Bot API, and Business Support.<\/p>\n

However, for an external group<\/a>, file logs for Group Note and Folder are only available for the domain in which the group was created.<\/p>\n

Change 'Save audit log in Audit > \"File\"' to 'Use' in 'File logs' of 'Security' > 'File Security' to check the file log. The initial setting is 'Do not use'.<\/p>\n

Logs are recorded after being set to 'Use', and the retention period of file logs is 1 month (31 days).<\/p>\n

In the left menu of Admin, select 'Audit' to expand the menu, then click 'File' to go to the 'File' screen of Audit. On mobile, tap \"\" to open the menu.<\/p>\n

          Download file audit logs<\/h2>\n

          Download the audit log you viewed.<\/p>\n

          1. On the 'File' page, use search to view the contents you want to download on the screen.<\/li>\n
          2. At the top right, press 'Download' to request download.<\/li>\n
          3. Press 'Log Download' on the left menu to navigate.<\/li>\n
          4.
