Bot API<\/h1>\n

Search Bot API call log.<\/p>\n

In the left menu of Admin, select 'Audit' to expand the menu, then click 'Bot API' to go to the 'Bot API' screen of Audit. On mobile, tap \"\" to open the menu.<\/p>\n

Mobile App<\/h3>

  • API name: The name of the requested API name.<\/li>\n
  • Bot No.: The number of the target bot that performed the task with the API.<\/li>\n
  • Status: Displays whether the task was performed successfully.<\/li>\n
  • User: The name and ID of the user who requested the API.<\/li>\n
  • Date: The date and time the task was performed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>

        You can search by selecting the period and using advanced search to apply multiple conditions per search.<\/p>\n

        1. On the 'Bot API' page, select 'Period'. Click 'Advanced' to apply multiple conditions at once for a search.<\/li>\n
        2. Click 'Search' to view the search results.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n

          Download Bot API audit log<\/h2>\n

          Download the audit log you viewed.<\/p>\n

          1. On the 'Bot API' page, use search to view the contents you want to download on the screen.<\/li>\n
          2. At the top right, press 'Download' to request download.<\/li>\n
          3. Press 'Log Download' on the left menu to navigate.<\/li>\n
          4.
