Audit provides a log to check members' usage records.<\/p>\n

You can search by setting specific conditions and download the search results.<\/p>\n

Logs are stored for up to 180 days.<\/p>\n

ClovaNote<\/h1>\n

View the creation\/deletion\/download history of notes and folders in ClovaNote.<\/p>\n

In the left menu of Admin, select 'Audit' to expand the menu, then click '{{clovanote}}'. On mobile, tap \"\" to open the menu.<\/p>\n

Mobile App<\/h3>

  • Subject: The title of the note or folder name the task was performed is displayed. For the trash, it is displayed as an empty value with no title.<\/li>\n
  • Item: The item where the task occurred within the service.<\/li>\n
  • Task: Task performed by the user. The types of tasks are as follows.\n

    • Create note<\/li>\n
    • Open note<\/li>\n
    • Download audio file<\/li>\n
    • Download transcript<\/li>\n
    • Download memo<\/li>\n
    • Create shared link<\/li>\n
    • Delete shared link<\/li>\n
    • Move to Trash<\/li>\n
    • Delete permanently<\/li>\n
    • Empty Trash<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • User: The name and email address of the member who performed the task.<\/li>\n
    • Date: The date and time the task was performed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>

            You can search by selecting the period and using advanced search to apply multiple conditions per search.<\/p>\n

            1. On the '{{clovanote}}' page, select 'Period'. Click 'Advanced' to apply multiple conditions at once for a search.<\/li>\n

              Download ClovaNote audit logs<\/h2>\n

              Download the audit log you viewed.<\/p>\n

              1. On the '{{clovanote}}' page, use search to view the contents you want to download on the screen.<\/li>\n
              2. At the top right, press 'Download' to request download.<\/li>\n
              3. Press 'Log Download' on the left menu to navigate.<\/li>\n
              4.
