Audit provides a log to check members' usage records.<\/p>\n

You can search by setting specific conditions and download the search results.<\/p>\n

Logs are stored for up to 180 days.<\/p>\n

Screen share<\/h1>\n

View the participants and audiences of the screen share.<\/p>\n

In the left menu of Admin, select 'Audit' to expand the menu, then click 'Screen Share' to go to the 'Share screen' screen of Audit. On mobile, tap \"\" to open the menu.<\/p>\n

Mobile App<\/h3>

  • Shared with: The title of the document or program shared on the screen is displayed.<\/li>\n
  • Shared by: The name and email address of the member who started screen share.<\/li>\n
  • Participant: The name of the member who participated in screen sharing.<\/li>\n
  • Date: The date and time the task was performed.<\/li>\n
  • Task: Task performed by the user. The types of tasks are as follows.\n

      PC Web<\/h3>

            You can search by selecting the period and using advanced search to apply multiple conditions per search.<\/p>\n

              Download screen share audit logs<\/h2>\n

              Download the audit log you viewed.<\/p>\n

              1. \u00a0On the 'Share screen' page, use search to view the contents you want to download on the screen.<\/li>\n
              2. At the top right, press 'Download' to request download.<\/li>\n
              3. Press 'Log Download' on the left menu to navigate.<\/li>\n
              4.
