View the history of screenshots taken on the NAVER WORKS app on mobile devices (iOS, Android). The history is saved when you restrict mobile screenshots<\/a>.<\/p>\n

In the left menu of Admin, select 'Audit' to expand the menu, then click 'Mobile Screenshots' to go to the 'Mobile Screenshots' screen of Audit. On mobile, tap \"\" to open the menu.<\/p>\n

  • Device\u00b7Vendor ID\u00a0: The device where the mobile screen capture was detected and the device's Vendor ID information.<\/li>\n
  • OS\u00a0: The OS information of the device where the mobile screenshot is detected.<\/li>\n
  • Date: The date the mobile screen capture was taken.<\/li>\n
  • Format: Depending on the mobile screen capture format, it is recorded as an image capture and video capture.\n

              Download the audit log you viewed.<\/p>\n

              1. On the 'Mobile Screenshots' page, use search to view the contents you want to download on the screen.<\/li>\n
              2. At the top right, press 'Download' to request download.<\/li>\n
              3. Press 'Log Download' on the left menu to navigate.<\/li>\n
