You can download information for all registered teams in CSV or XLSX format.<\/p>\n

A service notification message will be sent when the download is ready, and the download link expires after 5 days.<\/p>\n

  1. In the left menu of Admin, select 'Member' to expand the menu, then click 'Team'.<\/li>\n
  2. Click 'More' at the top right of the screen and click 'Download Team Info'.<\/li>\n
  3. Select the file format.\n
      \n
    • CSV: A text file with items separated by commas, which can be used in Outlook and other similar platforms.<\/li>\n
    • XLSX: An Excel file format that allows for various edits and can be used with most address book services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Select the information you want to download.\n
        \n
      • Settings information: Basic information about the team (team name, description, team leader, visibility, etc.)\n
          \n
        • Include used storage: Includes shared storage used by the team and usage information for each message room function.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
        • Member information: A list of team members and information about whether each member is the head of the team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
        • Select the team you want to download.\n
            \n
          • All teams: Download information for all registered teams.<\/li>\n
          • Selected Organizations: Select the team you want and download. You can select up to 1,000 teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
          • Click 'Download' and then 'OK'.<\/li>\n
