{"id":388000,"date":"2025-07-04T16:26:46","date_gmt":"2025-07-04T07:26:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/help.worksmobile.com\/admin-guides\/transfer-notes\/"},"modified":"2025-07-04T16:26:46","modified_gmt":"2025-07-04T07:26:46","slug":"note-transfer","status":"publish","type":"admin-guides","link":"https:\/\/help.worksmobile.com\/en\/admin-guides\/manage-service\/clovanote\/note-transfer\/","title":{"rendered":"Transfer notes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><div class=\"green lw_tip\"><div class=\"lw_tip_content\">This feature is available after applying for ClovaNote.<\/div><\/div><\/p>\n<p>You can transfer notes held by a member to another member.<\/p>\n<p>Before a member leaves the company or moves to an affiliate, the note is still available in the current domain before the note is deleted or transferred to another domain.<\/p>\n<h1>Notes transfer settings<\/h1>\n<p>You can transfer all of a member\u2019s notes to another member at once.<\/p>\n<p>The transfer takes some time. Once completed, a new folder is created in the recipient\u2019s folder list, and the notes are saved in that folder.<\/p>\n<p>The new folder is created in the format \u2018TF_sender\u2019s name\u2019.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>In the left menu of Admin, select 'Service' to expand the menu, then click 'Default'. On mobile, tap <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-387317\" src=\"https:\/\/gsaas-help.pstatic.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/ham.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"20\" height=\"16\" \/> to open the menu.<\/li>\n<li>Select 'Transfer Notes'.<\/li>\n<li>Enter the name of the member to transfer from.<\/li>\n<li>Click 'Next\u2019.<\/li>\n<li>Enter the name of the member who will receive the note.<\/li>\n<li>Click 'Transfer\u2019.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h1>Check note transfer history<\/h1>\n<p>You can check the history of the transferred notes.<\/p>\n<p>You can view the recipient and sender, transfer date, status, and the number of transferred notes.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>In the left menu of Admin, select 'Service' to expand the menu, then click 'Default'.
