{"id":395293,"date":"2025-11-26T02:47:09","date_gmt":"2025-11-25T17:47:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/help.worksmobile.com\/admin-guides\/token\/"},"modified":"2026-04-03T10:51:21","modified_gmt":"2026-04-03T01:51:21","slug":"tokens","status":"publish","type":"admin-guides","link":"https:\/\/help.worksmobile.com\/en\/admin-guides\/statistics\/aistudio\/tokens\/","title":{"rendered":"Token"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><div class=\"green lw_tip\"><div class=\"lw_tip_content\"> This feature is available after applying for AiStudio.<\/div><\/div><\/p>\n<p>Check the tokens used in AiStudio.<\/p>\n<p>A token is the basic unit of text consumed by AI to generate results, and all members of the company share and use tokens together.<\/p>\n<p>Tokens are consumed each time you use the AI features, such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>AiStudio: Automatically generate an AI Assistant, automatically generate AI Assistant profile photos, chat with an AI Assistant, and organize timeline task content<\/li>\n<li>Mail: Write emails with AI, AI reply suggestions, AI schedule suggestions, AI task suggestions, and summarize emails with AI<\/li>\n<li>Board: Write posts with AI<\/li>\n<li>Drive: Summarize documents with AI<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You can search by specifying the period and download it as an Excel file.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>In the left menu of Admin, select 'Statistics'. On mobile, tap <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-22912\" src=\"https:\/\/gsaas-help.pstatic.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/icon-admin-mobile-menu.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"20\" height=\"20\" \/> to open the menu.<\/li>\n<li>In the Statistics menu, tap 'AiStudio' to navigate to the 'Tokens' tab.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h1>Token Usage (Real-time)<\/h1>\n<p>Check the status of the total and remaining number of tokens in real time.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Total: The total number of tokens available for use on a monthly basis\n<ul>\n<li>The tokens are shared by all the members.<\/li>\n<li>The tokens are calculated and provided based on the starting and ending date of the product.<\/li>\n<li>Additionally purchased tokens are added to this.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Used: Cumulative number of tokens used on a monthly basis<\/li>\n<li>Available: The remaining number of tokens on a monthly basis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1>Daily Usage<\/h1>\n<p>Check the status of token usage by date.<\/p>\n<p>Daily token usage is not updated in real time and will be available starting the next day.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>View: Select a specific period or enter the search period directly. Then press 'View' to see the statistics.
