Audit provides a log to check members' usage records.<\/p>\n

You can search by setting specific conditions and download the search results.<\/p>\n

Check the usage history of the Approval service.<\/p>\n

In the left menu of Admin, select 'Audit' to expand the menu, then click 'Approval'. On mobile, tap \"\"\u00a0to open the menu.<\/p>\n

  • Document Title: The title of the Approval document where the task was performed is displayed.<\/li>\n
  • Task: Task performed by the user. The types of tasks are as follows.\n
      \n
    • View Documents<\/li>\n
    • Document deleted<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • User: The name and email address of the member who performed the task.<\/li>\n
    • Date: The date and time the task was performed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>

      • Document Title: The title of the Approval document where the task was performed is displayed.<\/li>\n
      • Task: Task performed by the user. The types of tasks are as follows.\n

          1. Tap the search icon on the 'Approval' page to expand the search menu and enter conditions.<\/li>\n
          2. Tap 'Search' to search.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>

            You can search by selecting the period and using advanced search to apply multiple conditions per search.<\/p>\n

            1. On the 'Approval' page, select 'Period'. Click 'Advanced' to apply multiple conditions at once for a search.<\/li>\n
            2. Click 'Search' to view the search results.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n

              Download Approval audit logs<\/h2>\n

              Download the audit log you viewed.<\/p>\n

              1. On the 'Approval' page, use search to view the content you want to download on the screen.<\/li>\n
              2. At the top right, press 'Download' to request download.<\/li>\n
              3. Press 'Log Download' on the left menu to navigate.<\/li>\n
              4. Find the requested log and download the file.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
