Audit provides a log to check members' usage records.<\/p>\n

You can search by setting specific conditions and download the search results.<\/p>\n

Partner Console logs are retained for up to 3 years.<\/p>\n

Partner Console<\/h1>\n

Displays information such as the history of actions performed in 'Partner console' and the user who performed them. You can search by specifying search conditions and download the results.<\/p>\n

This menu is only visible to partners. It can be used by administrators who have been granted permissions that include the 'Audit > Partner console' menu under 'Security > Admin Authority'.<\/p>\n

In the left menu of Admin, select 'Audit' to expand the menu, then click 'Partner Console' to go to the Audit 'Partner console' screen. On mobile, tap \"\"\u00a0to open the menu.

  • Event Target: Displays the page name or action name for the item where an event occurred in the Partner Console.<\/li>\n
  • Task: Task performed by the user. The types of tasks include 'View', 'Modify', and 'Download'.<\/li>\n
  • User: The name and email address of the member who performed the task.<\/li>\n
  • Date: The date and time the task was performed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>

    PC Web<\/h3>

    • Event Target: Displays the page name or action name for the item where an event occurred in the Partner Console.<\/li>\n
    • Status: Displays whether the task was successful or not.<\/li>\n
    • Task: Task performed by the user. The types of tasks include 'View', 'Modify', and 'Download'.<\/li>\n
    • User: The name and email address of the member who performed the task.<\/li>\n
    • Date: The date and time the task was performed.<\/li>\n
    • IP Address: The IP address of the network for performing the task.<\/li>\n
    • Service Type: User environment that performed the task; classified into PC web and mobile web.<\/li>\n
    • Service: The service where the task occurred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        You can search by selecting a period, and press 'Advanced' to apply multiple search conditions at once.<\/p>\n

          Download Partner Console audit logs<\/h2>\n

          Download the audit log you searched.<\/p>\n

          1. Use the search in the 'Partner console' page to display the content to download on the screen.<\/li>\n
          2. At the top right, press 'Download' to request download.<\/li>\n
          3. Press 'Log Download' on the left menu to navigate.<\/li>\n
          4.
