Also, you can check the issue results and download them.<\/p>\n<h1>Manage Issues page<\/h1>\n<p>The following describes each item on the Manage Issue page.<\/p>\n<div class=\"lwtabs\"><div class=\"lwtabs_item \"><h3 class=\"lwtab_title \">Mobile App<\/h3><div class=\"lwtab_content\">\n<ol>\n<li>In the left menu of Admin, select 'Archive' to expand the menu, then click 'Manage Issues' to go to 'Manage Issues'.\n<ul>\n<li>The page provides information on registered issues.\n<ul>\n<li>Category: Categorized as either Message or Mail.<\/li>\n<li>Issue Name: The title of the registered issue.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Search: Click 'Search' to view the search results of the issue based on the current point in time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"lwtabs_item \"><h3 class=\"lwtab_title \">PC Web<\/h3><div class=\"lwtab_content\">\n<ol>\n<li>In the left menu of Admin, select 'Archive' to expand the menu, then click 'Manage Issues' to go to 'Manage Issues'.\n<ul>\n<li>Category: Categorized as either Message or Mail.<\/li>\n<li>Issue Name: The title of the registered issue.<\/li>\n<li>Registrant: The name of the member who registered the issue.<\/li>\n<li>Last Edited Date: The date the issue was last edited.<\/li>\n<li>Search: Click 'Search' to view the search results of the issue based on the current point in time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<h1>Register issue<\/h1>\n<p>Register a condition to be searched from the archived data as an issue.<\/p>\n<p>If you need to search with the same conditions afterward, you can search without re-entering the conditions by registering as an issue.<\/p>\n<div class=\"lwtabs\"><div class=\"lwtabs_item \"><h3 class=\"lwtab_title \">PC Web<\/h3><div class=\"lwtab_content\">\n<ol>\n<li>In the left menu of Admin, select 'Archive' to expand the menu, then click 'Manage Issues' to go to 'Manage Issues'.<\/li>\n<li>Press 'Register issue'.<\/li>\n<li>Enter the information in the entry fields of the 'Register issue' window.\n<ul>\n<li>Issue name: Enter the title of an issue.<\/li>\n<li>Category: Select between Mail and Message to search.<\/li>\n<li>Search target: Only available when Mail is the selected type from above.\n<ul>\n<li>All: Search for all members\u2019 mailboxes.<\/li>\n<li>Member: Search for a specific member's mailbox.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Sender: Specify the sender.<\/li>\n<li>Recipient: Specify the recipient. You can specify up to 10 people.<\/li>\n<li>Contents\n<ul>\n<li>Search all: Search all of the subject, body, and attached files.<\/li>\n<li>Subject+Body of message<\/li>\n<li>Subject<\/li>\n<li>Body<\/li>\n<li>Attached File(s): Search for file names and file document contents. However, only the file name can be searched for large attachments or attachments with passwords applied.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Security level: You can select the level name set in 'Admin<a href=\"https:\/\/help.worksmobile.com\/en\/admin-guides\/security\/mail-security\/\">\u00a0> Security > Mail Security > Security level<\/a>'.\n<ul>\n<li>Do not use<\/li>\n<li>General<\/li>\n<li>Restricted: If you have edited the level name, it may be displayed in the revised name.<\/li>\n<li>Confidential: If you have edited the level name, it may be displayed in the revised name.<\/li>\n<li>Non-business<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Period : Set the time period to search issues. Issues from that time period are searched based on the time zone you set.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Press 'Save' at the bottom to register an issue.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<h1>Edit issue<\/h1>\n<div class=\"lwtabs\"><div class=\"lwtabs_item \"><h3 class=\"lwtab_title \">PC Web<\/h3><div class=\"lwtab_content\">\n<p>Edit the contents of saved issues.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>In the left menu of Admin, select 'Archive' to expand the menu, then click 'Manage Issues' to go to 'Manage Issues'.<\/li>\n<li>Click the issue you want to edit from the 'Issue Name' field.<\/li>\n<li>Make changes in the 'Edit issue' window.<\/li>\n<li>Click 'Save' at the bottom to edit the issue.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<h1>Delete issue<\/h1>\n<p>Delete the saved issues.<\/p>\n<p>You can select and delete the issues on the 'Manage Issues' page.<\/p>\n<h2>Deleting from the Manage Issues screen<\/h2>\n<div class=\"lwtabs\"><div class=\"lwtabs_item \"><h3 class=\"lwtab_title \">PC Web<\/h3><div class=\"lwtab_content\">\n<p>You can delete multiple issues at once.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>In the left menu of Admin, select 'Archive' to expand the menu, then click 'Manage Issues' to go to 'Manage Issues'.<\/li>\n<li>Check the checkbox of the issues you want to delete from the list on the 'Manage Issues' page and then click 'Delete' above.<\/li>\n<li>Click 'OK' to delete the selected issue.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<h1>Check and download results of a search by issue<\/h1>\n<p>Check the search results based on the conditions of the registered issue.<\/p>\n<h2>View search result of an issue<\/h2>\n<p>Preview the results of the search by the issue's set conditions.<\/p>\n<p>Press 'Manage Issues' on the right end of the 'Search' page to view.<\/p>\n<h3>Message room search results<\/h3>\n<p>Search results for issues that selected Message as the type.<\/p>\n<div class=\"lwtabs\"><div class=\"lwtabs_item \"><h3 class=\"lwtab_title \">Mobile App<\/h3><div class=\"lwtab_content\">\n<ul>\n<li>The following information is available in the search results.\n<ul>\n<li>Message \/ File name: The name of the most recently exchanged message or file in the message room.<\/li>\n<li>Sender: The name of the user who sent the message is displayed.<\/li>\n<li>Receipt time : The time the message was received.<\/li>\n<li>Chatroom name\/members: Displays the name of the message room to which the message was delivered. When there is no name for the message room, the user's name is displayed instead.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"lwtabs_item \"><h3 class=\"lwtab_title \">PC Web<\/h3><div class=\"lwtab_content\">\n<ul>\n<li>Chatroom name\/members: Displays the name of the message room to which the message was delivered. When there is no name for the message room, the user's name is displayed instead.\n<ul>\n<li>Click the name of the message room to view the name, team, and position of all the members included except the sender.<\/li>\n<li>Click the user's name to search the received and sent messages of the member. If the user is a member, you can look up the member in the organizational chart.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Sender: The name of the user who sent the message is displayed. Click the user\u2019s name to search the received and sent messages of the member.
