This feature is available after applying for NAVER WORKS Core.<\/div><\/div><\/p>\n

Among the chat with external users<\/a> features in the service menu, the connected user management settings can also be configured in the security menu.<\/p>\n

LINE connection permissions<\/h1>\n

When the 'Chat with LINE user' feature is enabled, view the status of members available for connection and add or delete connected users.<\/p>\n

Add a LINE connected user<\/h2>\n

Add members who can exchange messages with LINE users who are not the members of the company.<\/p>\n

  1. In the left menu of Admin, select 'Security' to expand the menu, then click 'Manage External Message Users' to go to 'Manage External Message Users'. On mobile, tap \"\" to open the menu.<\/li>\n
  2. Press 'LINE'.<\/li>\n
  3. Press 'Add' to select members to allow LINE connection. Then press 'OK' at the bottom to complete.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Remove a LINE connected user<\/h2>\n

    Remove members who are allowed to exchange messages with LINE users from the list of the members with LINE connection.<\/p>\n

    1. In the left menu of Admin, select 'Security' to expand the menu, then click 'Manage External Message Users' to go to 'Manage External Message Users'. On mobile, tap \"\" to open the menu.<\/li>\n
    2. Press 'LINE'.<\/li>\n
    3. Check the checkbox of the member you want to remove and press 'Delete'.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Permission to connect with external NAVER WORKS users<\/h1>\n

      When you enable the 'Chat with NAVER WORKS users from other companies' function, you can check the status of members who can connect and add or delete connected members.<\/p>\n

      Add members with the connection to NAVER WORKS of other companies<\/h2>\n

      Add members who can exchange messages with NAVER WORKS users from other companies.<\/p>\n
