On mobile, tap <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-22912\" src=\"https:\/\/gsaas-help.pstatic.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/icon-admin-mobile-menu.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"20\" height=\"20\" \/> to open the menu.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Press 'LINE'.<\/li>\n<li>Press 'Add' to select members to allow LINE connection. Then press 'OK' at the bottom to complete.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Remove a LINE connected user<\/h2>\n<p>Remove members who are allowed to exchange messages with LINE users from the list of the members with LINE connection.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"li1\">In the left menu of Admin, select 'Security' to expand the menu, then click 'Manage External Message Users' to go to 'Manage External Message Users'.
