{"id":53574,"date":"2020-06-22T19:55:16","date_gmt":"2020-06-22T10:55:16","guid":{"rendered":"\/en\/sync-external-mails-in-mobile\/"},"modified":"2024-10-16T17:01:51","modified_gmt":"2024-10-16T08:01:51","slug":"sync-external-mails-in-mobile","status":"publish","type":"admin-guides","link":"https:\/\/help.worksmobile.com\/en\/admin-guides\/security\/authority\/sync-external-mails-in-mobile\/","title":{"rendered":"Mobile external email integration"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>With the NAVER WORKS mobile app, you can receive emails from services other than NAVER WORKS, such as Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.<\/p>\n<p>This feature is useful for continuing to use your existing email service within the NAVER WORKS mobile app, allowing you to integrate it seamlessly with other NAVER WORKS services, such as messaging.<\/p>\n<p>The conditions for using external email integration on mobile are as follows.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>When using the Standard plan with a domain<\/li>\n<li>If you do not use NAVER WORKS Mail services as a Standard or Standard Plus plan user<\/li>\n<li>If the email addresses of your NAVER WORKS account and the external email service are the same\n<ul>\n<li>When a member with the NAVER WORKS ID 'member1@companyA.com' syncs an external email, the external email must also be 'member1@companyA.com' to use the email sync function.<\/li>\n<li>If the ID (member2@companyA.com) or domain (member1@companyB.com) is different, external email sync is unavailable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>If the by-works.com domain provided by NAVER WORKS is not used as the <a href=\"\/en\/admin-guides\/settings\/company-information\/#i\">primary domain<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To use it, set it up as follows.<\/p>\n<div class=\"lwtabs\"><div class=\"lwtabs_item \"><h3 class=\"lwtab_title \">Mobile App<\/h3><div class=\"lwtab_content\">\n<ol>\n<li>In the left menu of Admin, select 'Security' to expand the menu, then click 'Service Authority' to go to 'Service Authority'.
