This feature is available after applying for NAVER WORKS Core or WORKS Approval.<\/div><\/div><\/p>\n

Set up the use of templates<\/a> for Message, Note, and Board. You can also adjust permissions for company members to create templates, define the image retention period, and set limits on image file sizes.<\/p>\n

Use templates<\/h1>\n

Set whether to use templates for Message, Note, and Board.<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. In the left menu of Admin, select 'Service' to expand the menu, then click 'Template' to go to the 'Template' page. On mobile, tap \"\" to open the menu.<\/li>\n
  2. Press \"\" of the 'Use status' field to select whether to use the function.\n
      \n
    • Use: Members can use templates in Message, Note, and Board.<\/li>\n
    • Do not use: Members cannot use templates in Message, Note, and Board.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Press 'Save'.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Permission to create a company-wide template<\/h1>\n

      Set permissions for company members to create templates for use in Message, Note, and Board.<\/p>\n

        \n
      1. In the left menu of Admin, select 'Service' to expand the menu, then click 'Template' to go to the 'Template' page. On mobile, tap \"\" to open the menu.<\/li>\n
      2. Press \"\" of 'Authority to create org-wide template' to set creation permissions.\n
          \n
        • Freely by members: All members are free to create a company-wide template.<\/li>\n
        • Only by administrator: Only administrators can create company-wide templates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
        • Press 'Save'.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Image retention period<\/strong><\/h1>\n

          Set the retention period for images attached to the question.<\/p>\n

            \n
          1. In the left menu of Admin, select 'Service' to expand the menu, then click 'Template' to go to 'Template'. On mobile, tap \"\" <\/span> to open the menu.<\/li>\n
          2. Press an icon of 'Image storage period' to select the retention period.\n
              \n
            • Select from 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, and 3 years.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
            • Press 'Save' to complete.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              Image file size limit<\/h1>\n

              You can limit the maximum size of an image file attached to a question.<\/p>\n

              1. In the left menu of Admin, select 'Service' to expand the menu, then click 'Template' to go to 'Template'. On mobile, tap \"\" <\/span> to open the menu.<\/li>\n
              2. Press an icon of 'Maximum size for a single image file' to select the maximum size.\n

                • Select from 2 MB, 5 MB, 10 MB, and 15 MB.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
