Move files in a member's personal folders and message room folders to another member's personal folders, message room folders, and shared drives.<\/p>\n
When a member leaves the company or changes teams\/groups, and they can no longer access the folder, you can transfer the files to the existing folder for continued use.<\/p>\n
File transfer settings<\/span><\/h1>\nFiles in members' personal folders or message room folders can be moved to another folder or Drive at once.<\/p>\n
File transfer takes time to complete and deletes the file from the previous folder.<\/p>\n
The new folder name will start with 'TF_' after transfer.

File transfer history<\/span><\/h1>\nIt refers to the history of transferred files.<\/p>\n
You can check the following from the file transfer history: transfer subject (personal folder, message room folder), transfer recipient (personal folder, message room folder, shared drive), transferred storage, transfer date, and transfer status.<\/p>\n
