This feature is available after applying for NAVER WORKS Core.<\/div><\/div><\/p>\n

Members can manage other people's primary calendars, shared calendars, and subscribed calendars that they have shared with others.<\/p>\n

The administrator can search for calendars that include a member's name, manage calendar members, and delete shared calendars.<\/p>\n

Find a list of calendars to manage<\/span><\/h1>\n

You can find a calendar by using the name of the member with whom the calendar was shared<\/a> .<\/p>\n

  1. In the left menu of Admin, select 'Service' to expand the menu, then click 'Calendar' to go to 'Calendar'. On mobile, tap \"\" to open the menu.<\/li>\n
  2. Select 'Manage Calendars'.<\/li>\n
  3. Enter a member's name in the search box to retrieve a list of calendars that include that member.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Manage calendar members<\/h1>\n

    Administrators can change calendar member permissions or add calendar sharing members.<\/p>\n

    1. In the left menu of Admin, select 'Service' to expand the menu, then click 'Calendar' to go to 'Calendar'. On mobile, tap \"\" to open the menu.<\/li>\n
    2. Select 'Manage Calendars'.<\/li>\n
    3. Press 'Calendar Setting' right to the name of the calendar you selected from the search results.<\/li>\n
    4. From the 'Calendar Setting' window, change the permission of calendar members, or add a new member from a search bar.<\/li>\n
    5. Press 'Save' at the bottom to apply changes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Delete calendars<\/span><\/h1>\n

      Calendars can be deleted by administrators. The administrators can delete calendars. When you delete a calendar, all participants and events saved will also be deleted and cannot be restored.<\/p>\n

      2. Select 'Manage Calendars'.<\/li>\n
      3. Press 'Calendar Setting' right to the name of the calendar you selected from the search results.<\/li>\n
      4. Press 'Calendar Setting' at the bottom of the 'Delete' window.\n

        • 'Delete' button is only available for shared or subscribed calendars<\/li>\n
        • 'Delete' button is not available for the default calendar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
