Saving a backup file for posts<\/span><\/h1>\nDownload all posts and attached files uploaded in Board. When you receive a service notification with the title 'You may download the posts back up file.', click it to save the file.<\/p>\n
However, in the following cases, it will not be included in the download file.<\/p>\n
\n- Temporarily saved posts<\/li>\n
- Posts in Trash<\/li>\n
- Posts that contains files with extensions blocked by the administrator<\/li>\n
- When the shared storage is exceeded<\/li>\n
- Comments and comment attachments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
You can request the post backup up to 5 times a day. If there is a post backup file that you can 'Download' in the post backup history, you must 'Delete' to request the post backup again.<\/p>\n
You can request a backup file on mobile, but 'Download' is not available.<\/p>\n
