You can prevent the misuse of shared storage by limiting large attachments, such as files, images, and videos.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>In the left menu of Admin, select 'Service' to expand the menu, then click 'Board' to go to 'Board'. On mobile, tap <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-46714\" src=\"https:\/\/gsaas-help.pstatic.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/2020-07-03-164523.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"20\" height=\"16\" \/> to open the menu.<\/li>\n<li>Press 'General'.<\/li>\n<li>Press <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-37793\" src=\"https:\/\/gsaas-help.pstatic.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/icon-n-path.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"18\" height=\"11\" \/> right to 'Maximum size for a single file'.<\/li>\n<li>Select the maximum size per file from 'Maximum size for a single file'.<\/li>\n<li>Press 'Save' at the top.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h1>Set retention period for deleted posts<\/h1>\n<p>Set the period for deleted posts to be kept in the Trash.<\/p>\n<p>You can restore deleted posts while they are still in Trash.<\/p>\n<p>Posts deleted by an administrator can only be recovered by the administrator who deleted them. It cannot be recovered by the author or other administrators.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>In the left menu of Admin, select 'Service' to expand the menu, then click 'Board' to go to 'Board'. On mobile, tap <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-46714\" src=\"https:\/\/gsaas-help.pstatic.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/2020-07-03-164523.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"20\" height=\"16\" \/> to open the menu.<\/li>\n<li>Press 'General'.<\/li>\n<li>Press <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-37793\" src=\"https:\/\/gsaas-help.pstatic.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/icon-n-path.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"18\" height=\"11\" \/> right to 'Keep until'.<\/li>\n<li>Select the retention period.\n<ul>\n<li>If you do not want to auto-delete, change the setting to 'Do not auto-delete'.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Press 'Save' at the top.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h1>Board and category creation permissions<\/h1>\n<p>Set whether to allow only administrators or every member to create boards and categories.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>In the left menu of Admin, select 'Service' to expand the menu, then click 'Board'. On mobile, tap <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-46714\" src=\"https:\/\/gsaas-help.pstatic.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/2020-07-03-164523.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"20\" height=\"16\" \/> to open the menu.<\/li>\n<li>Press 'General'.<\/li>\n<li>Press <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-37793\" src=\"https:\/\/gsaas-help.pstatic.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/icon-n-path.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"18\" height=\"11\" \/> right to 'Create Category\/Board'.<\/li>\n<li>Select the permission.<\/li>\n<li>Press 'Save' at the top.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h1>Check members who have read the post<\/h1>\n<p>You can select and designate the scope of members who can <a href=\"https:\/\/help.worksmobile.com\/en\/use-guides\/board\/check-post\/check-read-member\/\">check which members have read<\/a> the post in boards they have been granted access permission to.<\/p>\n<p>By default only the author, Board Manager, and administrator can check which members have read the post.<\/p>\n<p>However, members with <a href=\"https:\/\/help.worksmobile.com\/en\/admin-guides\/security\/limit-visibility\/\">restricted access to the organization chart<\/a> are unable to check the <a href=\"https:\/\/help.worksmobile.com\/en\/use-guides\/board\/check-post\/check-read-member\/\">list of members of who have read<\/a> the post.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>In the left menu of Admin, select 'Service' to expand the menu, then click 'Board' to go to 'Board'.
