On mobile, tap <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-22912\" src=\"https:\/\/gsaas-help.pstatic.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/icon-admin-mobile-menu.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"20\" height=\"20\" \/> to open the menu.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Press 'Invite Member'.<\/li>\n<li>At top right, press 'Edit'.<\/li>\n<li>Set whether to use the 'Invite via referral link\/QR code' function.If you enable 'Invite via referral link\/QR code', you can define the scope of members who have permission to invite others from the 'Invite permission' field.\n<ul>\n<li>All members: All members have permission to invite other members.<\/li>\n<li>Admins only: Only administrators with the permission to invite members in <a href=\"\/en\/admin-guides\/security\/administrator-authorities\/manage-administrator-authorities\/\">Admin Authority<\/a> can invite other members.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>At the top right, press 'Save'.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h1><span id=\"i-2\" class=\"ez-toc-section\">Automatic approval settings<\/span><\/h1>\n<p>The administrator sets whether or not to ultimately approve membership for those who sign up after receiving an invitation.<\/p>\n<ol class=\"ol1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">In the left menu of Admin, select 'Member' to expand the menu, then click 'Invite Member' to go to the 'Invite Member' page. On mobile, tap <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-22912\" src=\"https:\/\/gsaas-help.pstatic.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/icon-admin-mobile-menu.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"20\" height=\"20\" \/> to open the menu.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Press 'Invite Member'.<\/li>\n<li>At top right, press 'Edit'.<\/li>\n<li>Select the settings for automatic approval.\n<ul>\n<li>If you enable 'Auto-approve', invited members can sign up and use the service without the administrator's approval.<\/li>\n<li>If you disable 'Auto-approve', invited members can only use the service after the administrator\u2019s approval.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>At the top right, press 'Save'.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h1><span id=\"i-3\" class=\"ez-toc-section\">Check and approve applicants<\/span><\/h1>\n<p>Check the information of the applicants to approve or disapprove them from joining.<\/p>\n<ol class=\"ol1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">In the left menu of Admin, select 'Member' to expand the menu, then click 'Invite Member' to go to the 'Invite Member' page. Then approve or decline the applicants. The applicants will receive one of the following.\n<ul>\n<li>Approved: [Company name] registration is approved.
