{"id":53650,"date":"2020-06-22T15:40:41","date_gmt":"2020-06-22T06:40:41","guid":{"rendered":"\/en\/members-information\/"},"modified":"2026-01-20T21:50:16","modified_gmt":"2026-01-20T12:50:16","slug":"members-information","status":"publish","type":"admin-guides","link":"https:\/\/help.worksmobile.com\/en\/admin-guides\/manage-members\/members\/members-information\/","title":{"rendered":"Member information page"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>To view the member-specific information page, select the member from the Admin member list in 'Member' or click 'Manage' at the bottom of the mini-profile.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the registered profile information, you can efficiently manage tasks related to members and quickly view the usage and security status of NAVER WORKS services through integrated charts.<\/p>\n<h1>Member information<\/h1>\n<p>Check the profile information (affiliation, contact information, etc.) of members registered in Admin and edit it.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Only the primary team has <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-49367\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/1596004083.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"16\" height=\"18\" \/> mark when there are multiple affiliated teams.<\/li>\n<li>You can edit the existing profile details by pressing 'Edit Member' at the top right.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1>Security<\/h1>\n<p>To ensure safer service usage, security-related status is displayed, and you can configure necessary security features.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Password: The date the password was last changed is displayed, and if a password change is required, the administrator can change it directly or send a change request for a member to change it. Members whose password has expired will have 'Password expired' displayed.<\/li>\n<li>Easy login: You can check whether a member is <a href=\"https:\/\/help.worksmobile.com\/en\/use-guides\/settings\/security\/login-security-settings\/\">logged in with their mobile phone number, NAVER ID, or LINE<\/a>, and disable the Quick Login.<\/li>\n<li>Auto-complete during member search: If you enable this setting, you can search for members(original position\/concurrent position) by entering keywords in the member search box, and the autocomplete function will be supported during the search. If disabled, member search will not be available.<\/li>\n<li>Member's team privacy & access\n<ul>\n<li>You can decide whether to display a member when the team from the organization chart is selected. If you do not want other employees to know that the member belongs to a specific team, set the team as 'Private'.<\/li>\n<li>Set whether to have permissions for features provided as a team unit. If 'Include when sharing with a team' isExclude', the team's message room\/Note\/Event\/Folder cannot be used. Forms and boards authorized by the team cannot be accessed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>2-step verification\u00a0\n<ul>\n<li>You can check if a member is using <a href=\"https:\/\/help.worksmobile.com\/en\/use-guides\/settings\/security\/two-factor-authentication\/\">2-factor authentication<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>If you select 'Optional - Apply according to members' selection' in <a href=\"https:\/\/help.worksmobile.com\/en\/admin-guides\/security\/account-security\/\">2-factor authentication settings<\/a>, you can set whether to enable 2-factor authentication for this member by pressing 'ON' or 'OFF'.<\/li>\n<li>If you select 'Required - Apply 2-step verification to all members' in <a href=\"https:\/\/help.worksmobile.com\/en\/admin-guides\/security\/account-security\/\">2-factor authentication settings<\/a>, press 'Reset' to reset this member's 2-factor authentication method and have them re-enter related information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1>Used storage<\/h1>\n<p>You can view the storage capacity currently being used for Drive and Mail.<\/p>\n<h1>Device<\/h1>\n<p>You can view all device information for members who accessed NAVER WORKS through the mobile app, PC app, Drive app, and Drive Explorer over the past 3 years.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If the installed app is not up-to-date, 'Update available' is at the bottom of the installed app information. Click the hyperlink to send an update notification to the member.<\/li>\n<li>When you are concerned about information leakage from a former employee or lost work phone with MDM, press 'Delete app data' on the device details. However, once deleted, data cannot be restored.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1>Access history<\/h1>\n<p>NAVER WORKS access history of the past 90 days is displayed.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>App access and web access are provided separately.<\/li>\n<li>You can disconnect a device by pressing 'Logout' after checking the environment and location from the connection status list.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Also press 'Manage' at the top right for functions such as blocking app usage, setting a leave of absence, deleting an account, and suspending a member.<\/p>\n<h1>Block app usage<\/h1>\n<p>Press 'Manage' at the top right of the member information page and select 'Block App Usage'. On mobile, tap <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-61418 s_img\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/common_24_more_line.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"20\" height=\"20\" \/> at the top right and then 'Block App Usage'.<\/p>\n<p>Block members from accessing NAVER WORKS mobile and PC apps. (PC web remains available)<\/p>\n<p>To unblock a member, press 'Manage' and 'Unblock App Usage'.<\/p>\n<h1>Transfer to a new group company<\/h1>\n<p><div class=\"green lw_tip\"><div class=\"lw_tip_content\">This feature is available after activating the corporate group feature.<\/div><\/div><\/p>\n<p>Change the affiliated group company of a member.<\/p>\n<p>Press 'Manage' at the top right of the member information page and select 'Change Group Company'. On mobile, tap <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-61418 s_img\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/common_24_more_line.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"20\" height=\"20\" \/> at the top right and then 'Change Group Company'. On mobile, tap <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-61418 s_img\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/common_24_more_line.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"20\" height=\"20\" \/> at the top right and then 'Set Leave of Absence'.<\/p>\n<p>The administrator can set the member's absence and duration period.<\/p>\n<p>The updated absence information will be on the member's profile and organization chart.<\/p>\n<p>If the leave of absence period is set, the absence mark disappears automatically after the period.<\/p>\n<h1>Delete account<\/h1>\n<p>Press 'Manage' at the top right of the member information page and then 'Delete Account' to <a href=\"https:\/\/help.worksmobile.com\/en\/admin-guides\/manage-members\/members\/delete-members\/\">delete the selected member<\/a>. On mobile, tap <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-61418 s_img\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/common_24_more_line.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"20\" height=\"20\" \/> at the top right and then 'Delete Account'.<\/p>\n<p>Press 'Manage' and then 'Undelete' to restore the members who were deleted less than 7 days ago.<\/p>\n<h1>Suspend account<\/h1>\n<p>Press 'Manage' at the top right of the member information page and select 'Suspended'. On mobile, tap <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-61418 s_img\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/common_24_more_line.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"20\" height=\"20\" \/> at the top right and then 'Suspended'.<\/p>\n<p>Suspend members' use of NAVER WORKS.<\/p>\n<p>The suspension restricts the member's access and initializes all absence settings.<\/p>\n<p>However, a member's account and data will not be deleted after suspending.<\/p>\n<p>For a suspended member, 'Manage' is available when pressing 'Unsuspend'.<\/p>\n<h1>Resend invitation email<\/h1>\n<p>You can resend an invitation email to a member who chose to complete the registration through the 'Send creation link' option.<\/p>\n<p>Press 'Manage' at the top right of the member information page and select 'Resend email invitation'. On mobile, tap <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-61418 s_img\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/common_24_more_line.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"20\" height=\"20\" \/> at the top right and then 'Resend email invitation'.<\/p>\n<p>For a member who did not provide a personal email address, enter a personal email address first, and then you can resend the invitation.<\/p>\n<h1>Reset password<\/h1>\n<p>You can <a href=\"https:\/\/help.worksmobile.com\/en\/admin-guides\/manage-members\/members\/add-expired-members\/\">reset the password<\/a> for members with the 'Automatic generation' or 'Registration by admin' options in the add members window.<\/p>\n<p>Press 'Manage' at the top right of the member information page and select 'Reset Password'.
