{"id":53653,"date":"2020-06-22T15:38:27","date_gmt":"2020-06-22T06:38:27","guid":{"rendered":"\/en\/download-members-information\/"},"modified":"2024-10-16T17:03:00","modified_gmt":"2024-10-16T08:03:00","slug":"download-members-information","status":"publish","type":"admin-guides","link":"https:\/\/help.worksmobile.com\/en\/admin-guides\/manage-members\/members\/download-members-information\/","title":{"rendered":"Download member information"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Download all registered members' information in .xlsx or .csv format.<\/p>\n<div class=\"lwtabs\"><div class=\"lwtabs_item \"><h3 class=\"lwtab_title \">PC Web<\/h3><div class=\"lwtab_content\">\n<ol>\n<li>In the left menu of Admin, select 'Member' to expand the menu, then click 'Member' to go to 'Member'.<\/li>\n<li>Click 'Manage' at the top right of the screen to go to the 'Download Member Information' page.\n<ul>\n<li>File format: You can choose between .csv and .xlsx formats.\n<ul>\n<li>CSV format: A text file format with comma-separated values that can be used in Outlook.<\/li>\n<li>XLSX format: It is a general Excel file that can be edited in various ways and can be used with most contacts services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Member information:\u00a0 You can select and download only the items you need.<\/li>\n<li>Select organization: You can select and download the information on the entire team and only the ones you need.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>After selecting the required items, click 'Download' at the top right.<\/li>\n<li>When your file download is ready, you will receive a service notification message.
