Delete members who no longer work for the company.<\/p>\n

When you delete a member, the service will no longer be available for that member's account.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

You can restore a deleted member's account for only up to 7 days as all information is deleted afterward.<\/p>\n

When a member is deleted, they are automatically withdrawn from all message rooms they were participating in, and their out-of-office settings are permanently deleted.
\nEven if you cancel the deletion, previous conversations in message rooms (except those with the \u2018Share Previous Conversations\u2019 setting enabled) cannot be viewed, and out-of-office settings cannot be restored.
\nHowever, on the screen of other members, the contents of the conversations of the respective members remain intact.<\/p>\n

If you want to completely delete a member's information within 7 days after deleting, you can permanently delete them. As soon as the member is permanently deleted, the information is completely deleted and cannot be restored.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Delete a member from the 'Member Information' page<\/span><\/h1>\n

Delete a member from the member information page.<\/p>\n

  1. In the left menu of Admin, select 'Member' to expand the menu, then click 'Member' to go to 'Member'. On mobile, tap \"\" to open the menu.<\/li>\n
  2. Select a member to delete and go to the 'Member Information' page.<\/li>\n
  3. Press 'Manage' at the top right and select 'Delete Account'. On mobile, tap \"\" at the top right and then 'Delete Account'.<\/li>\n
  4. Read the precautions and then press 'Delete' to complete.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Delete members from the member list<\/span><\/h1>\n

    Delete multiple members at once.<\/p>\n

    1. In the left menu of Admin, select 'Member' to expand the menu, then click 'Member' to go to 'Member'. On mobile, tap \"\" to open the menu.<\/li>\n
    2. Check \"\" at the left of the profile photo of a member you want to delete.<\/li>\n
    3. Press 'Delete' at the top of the member list.<\/li>\n
    4. Read the precautions and then press 'Delete' to complete.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Permanently delete a member from the 'Member Information' page<\/span><\/h1>\n
