Make sure to back up data before deleting.<\/p>\n<p>The following are backup methods.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"\/en\/admin-guides\/manage-members\/members\/download-members-information\/\">Member information backup<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"\/en\/use-guides\/mail\/settings\/manage-mail-folder\/#_PC\">Email backup<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"\/en\/use-guides\/contacts\/export-contacts\/\">Personal contacts backup<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"\/en\/use-guides\/calendar\/create-event\/event-import-export\/#i-2\">Calendar backup<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1>Cases when account deletion is unavailable<\/h1>\n<p>In the following cases, you cannot delete the NAVER WORKS account.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If two or more basic products are currently in use without cancellation<br \/>\n(e,g, NAVER WORKS Core Standard + NAVER WORKS Business Support Approval)<\/li>\n<li>If the subdomain of the corporate group has not yet been deleted<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1>How to delete your account<\/h1>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Select 'Settings<\/span><span class=\"s1\">' from the left menu of Admin to expand the menu. Then press<\/span><span class=\"s1\">\u00a0'Delete NAVER WORKS<\/span><span class=\"s1\">' to access the<\/span><span class=\"s1\">\u00a0'Delete NAVER WORKS<\/span><span class=\"s1\">' screen.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Press 'Go to survey' on the bottom.<\/li>\n<li>Answer the survey.
