Make sure to back up data before deleting.<\/p>\n<p>The following are backup methods.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/help.worksmobile.com\/en\/admin-guides\/manage-members\/members\/download-members-information\/\">Member information backup<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/help.worksmobile.com\/en\/use-guides\/mail\/settings\/manage-mail-filter\/manage-mail-folder\/\">Email backup<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/help.worksmobile.com\/en\/use-guides\/contacts\/export-contacts\/\">Personal contacts backup<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/help.worksmobile.com\/en\/use-guides\/calendar\/create-event\/event-import-export\/\">Calendar backup<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/help.worksmobile.com\/en\/use-guides\/drive\/upload-download\/view-download-file\/\">Drive backup<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1>Cases when account deletion is unavailable<\/h1>\n<p>In the following cases, you cannot delete the NAVER WORKS account.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If two or more basic products are currently in use without cancellation<br \/>\n(e,g, NAVER WORKS Core Standard + NAVER WORKS Business Support Approval)<\/li>\n<li>If the subdomain of the corporate group has not yet been deleted<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1>How to delete your account<\/h1>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"li1\">Select 'Settings' from the left menu of Admin to expand the menu. Then press 'Delete NAVER WORKS' to access the 'Delete NAVER WORKS' screen.<\/li>\n<li>Press 'Go to survey' on the bottom.<\/li>\n<li>Answer the survey. Select the reason for withdrawal and enter your email address to receive NAVER WORKS-related news by email.<\/li>\n<li>Enter your password and press 'Delete Account'.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"comment\">\/\/ end of content for ko en<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"display-control for-jp\">\n<div class=\"comment\">\/\/ start of content for jp<\/div>\n<p>You can withdraw from the LINE WORKS platform if you have one or fewer LINE WORKS family products under contract.<\/p>\n<h1>Caution<\/h1>\n<p>If you withdraw from the LINE WORKS platform, all usage data for LINE WORKS family products will be deleted. Please back up any necessary data from the menu below before proceeding with the cancellation.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"\/ja\/admin-guides\/manage-members\/members\/download-members-information\/\">Member information download<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"\/ja\/use-guides\/mail\/settings\/manage-mail-folder\/#_PC\">Email backup<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"\/ja\/use-guides\/contacts\/export-contacts\/\">Personal contacts backup<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"\/ja\/use-guides\/calendar\/create-event\/event-import-export\/#i-2\">Calendar backup<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To withdraw from the LINE WORKS platform, you must first complete the procedures below.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Delete <a href=\"https:\/\/help.worksmobile.com\/en\/admin-guides\/manage-members\/members\/delete-members\/\">all members except the Super Admin<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Usage fee settlement<\/li>\n<li>Withdrawal from all subdomains<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Additionally, if there are no contracts for LINE WORKS family products or if you have only contracted the Free Plan and have not logged in for 60 days, you will be automatically withdrawn from the LINE WORKS platform and all data will be deleted.<\/p>\n<h1>Withdrawal from the LINE WORKS platform<\/h1>\n<p>You can withdraw from the LINE WORKS platform.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Open 'Settings' in the left menu of the admin screen and select 'Delete Account'. On mobile, press the <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-46714\" src=\"https:\/\/gsaas-help.pstatic.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/icon-admin-mobile-menu.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"20\" height=\"16\" \/> icon to display the menu.<\/li>\n<li>Click 'Go to survey'.<\/li>\n<li>Select a reason for canceling the LINE WORKS family product.
