This feature is available after applying for the Lite, Standard, or Standard Plus plan of NAVER WORKS Core.<\/span><\/div><\/div>
\nYou can use the same domain as your NAVER WORKS login ID to access NAVER WORKS services directly.<\/p>\n

For immediate access, you must enter CNAME on the hosting company website.<\/p>\n

However, you cannot use a custom URL if the primary domain<\/a> is the domain\u00a0provided by NAVER WORKS (by-works.com or by-works.net).<\/p>\n

  1. In the left menu of Admin, select 'Settings' to expand the menu, then click 'Domain' to go to 'Domain'. On mobile, tap \"\" to open the menu.<\/li>\n
  2. Press 'Set Custom URL' in the primary domain section and go to the 'Set Custom URL' page.<\/li>\n
  3. Select \"\" for the service you want to change, and enter a custom URL.<\/li>\n
  4. Press 'Save'.<\/li>\n
  5. Go to the homepage of the hosting company that manages your domain.<\/li>\n
  6. Go to the DNS settings and enter the hostname (domain name) and CNAME record.\n

    • Step 1 Hostname (domain name): Enter the custom URL value you entered in Admin<\/li>\n
    • Step 2 CNAME record:Enter hosts.worksmobile.com<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Enter the hostname (domain name) and CNAME record on the hosting company's website using the above.After a certain amount of time (up to 3 days), you will be able to access the service with your changed address.<\/p>\n

      Each hosting company may have different nameserver management menus and names.<\/p>\n
