This feature is available after applying for NAVER WORKS Core.<\/div><\/div><\/p>\n

Data from Message, Note, Event, Task, Folder, and mailing lists used in the deleted group can be restored within 30 days.<\/p>\n

Internal group<\/span><\/h1>\n

Restore the Message, Note, Event, Task, Folder, and mailing list data of the deleted internal group to the state before it was deleted.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

However, if another group is already using the same group name and mailing list, you can restore it by changing it to a different name.<\/p>\n

  1. In the left menu of Admin, select 'Member' to expand the menu, then click 'Group' to go to 'Group'. On mobile, tap \"\" to open the menu.<\/li>\n
  2. Click 'Restore Group Data' at the top of the group list. On mobile, tap \"\" <\/span> at the top right and then 'Restore Group Data'.<\/li>\n
  3. In the group list, press 'Restore<\/span><\/span>'<\/span> of the group to restore data.
    \nEdit the duplicate group name and mailing list.<\/li>\n
  4. Press 'Restore data'.<\/li>\n
  5. Press 'OK'.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    External group<\/span><\/h1>\n

    Restore the deleted external group's Message, <\/span>Note, <\/span>Event, <\/span>and Folder data to the state before it was deleted.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    However, if another group is already using the same group name, you can restore it by changing it to a different name.<\/p>\n

      Check group data restoration history<\/span><\/h1>\n

      When the data restoration is complete, the 'Restore' button will change to 'Restored' and you will no longer be able to restore the data.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
