{"id":219587,"date":"2024-03-18T15:55:28","date_gmt":"2024-03-18T06:55:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/help.worksmobile.com\/getting-started-guides\/sign-up-and-apply-for-products\/"},"modified":"2025-04-09T15:47:27","modified_gmt":"2025-04-09T06:47:27","slug":"signup-naverworks","status":"publish","type":"get-started-guides","link":"https:\/\/help.worksmobile.com\/en\/getting-started-guides\/signup-naverworks\/","title":{"rendered":"Sign up and apply for products"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Select a product and sign up to create your account and domain.<\/p>\n<p>The domain is the name that represents your company, and the ID@domain is the account that will be used for logging in.<\/p>\n<p>You can either continue using existing domain or create a new one using the by-works.com domain provided by NAVER WORKS.<\/p>\n<div class=\"lwtabs\"><div class=\"lwtabs_item \"><h3 class=\"lwtab_title \">Mobile<\/h3><div class=\"lwtab_content\">\n<ol>\n<li>After downloading the NAVER WORKS app, tap 'Get Started' on the first screen.<\/li>\n<li>Proceed to sign up on NAVER Cloud Platform.<br \/>\nYou can check how to sign up in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncloud.com\/support\/faq\/mbr?categoryCode2=JOIN\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">NAVER Cloud Platform guide<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>After signing up in NAVER Cloud Platform, tap 'Confirm' to go to the NAVER WORKS company account creation screen.<\/li>\n<li>Enter your company name and select your industry and size.<\/li>\n<li>Set up the domain that your company will use, and tap 'Next' for the company.\n<ul>\n<li>New: Select if your company doesn't have a domain. Enter the domain name you want to use and proceed with the duplicate check.<\/li>\n<li>Owned: Select if you already have a domain. Enter the domain you're using and proceed with the duplicate check.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Enter your company's Super Admin information, agree to the terms and conditions, and tap 'Next' on the bottom of the screen.<\/li>\n<li>Enter your ID and password and tap 'Next'.<\/li>\n<li>After confirming the product and information you requested, tap 'Confirm' to complete the signup.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"lwtabs_item \"><h3 class=\"lwtab_title \">PC Web<\/h3><div class=\"lwtab_content\">\n<ol>\n<li>On the brand website pricing page, select the product you want to use and select \u2018Try for Free\u2019.<\/li>\n<li>Proceed to sign up on NAVER Cloud Platform.<br \/>\nYou can check how to sign up in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncloud.com\/support\/faq\/mbr?categoryCode2=JOIN\">NAVER Cloud Platform guide<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>After signing up in NAVER Cloud Platform, click 'Confirm' to go to the NAVER WORKS company account creation screen.<\/li>\n<li>Enter your company name and select your industry and size.<\/li>\n<li>Set up the domain that the company will use and click 'Next'.\n<ul>\n<li>New: Select if your company doesn't have a domain.
