{"id":219607,"date":"2024-03-18T15:58:33","date_gmt":"2024-03-18T06:58:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/help.worksmobile.com\/getting-started-guides\/verify-domain-and-activate-products\/"},"modified":"2025-03-31T17:31:32","modified_gmt":"2025-03-31T08:31:32","slug":"admin-setting","status":"publish","type":"get-started-guides","link":"https:\/\/help.worksmobile.com\/en\/getting-started-guides\/admin-setting\/","title":{"rendered":"Verify domain and activate products"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>To use NAVER WORKS, check your domain ownership and activate the product you want to use.<\/p>\n<h1>Verify domain ownership<\/h1>\n<p>Verify the ownership of an existing domain.<\/p>\n<p>If you are using an existing domain instead of signing up with the default domain provided by NAVER WORKS (by-works.com or by-works.net), you must verify domain ownership to use NAVER WORKS.<\/p>\n<p>Domain ownership can only be verified on PC web.<\/p>\n<div class=\"lwtabs\"><div class=\"lwtabs_item \"><h3 class=\"lwtab_title \">PC Web<\/h3><div class=\"lwtab_content\">\n<ol>\n<li>Access Admin.<\/li>\n<li>In the top banner of Admin, click 'Check Status'.<\/li>\n<li>Click 'Domain ownership verification guide' on the bottom right.<\/li>\n<li>Follow the guide to verify domain ownership.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<div class=\"blue lw_tip\"><div class=\"lw_tip_content\">\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 0.16rem; letter-spacing: -0.8px;\">For more information, refer to the <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 0.16rem; letter-spacing: -0.8px;\"><a href=\"\/en\/faqs\/#how-to-verify-domain\/\">Domain ownership verification FAQ<\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 0.16rem; letter-spacing: -0.8px;\">.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<h1>Activate Business Support products<\/h1>\n<p>If you have applied for a NAVER WORKS Approval product, enter additional items to activate the product.<\/p>\n<div class=\"lwtabs\"><div class=\"lwtabs_item \"><h3 class=\"lwtab_title \">PC Web<\/h3><div class=\"lwtab_content\">\n<ol>\n<li>Access Admin.<\/li>\n<li>In the 'Access URL' field, enter a URL that redirects to the Business Support product.\n<ul>\n<li>Must be between 3 and 32 characters long.<\/li>\n<li>Only numbers, lowercase letters, and hyphens (-) can be entered.
