Add internal members to use NAVER WORKS together.<\/p>\n

Manually add company members by entering their information or invite them by sharing a link or QR code.<\/p>\n

Add members directly in Admin.<\/p>\n

Mobile App<\/h3>

  1. Tap 'Home' at the bottom and select 'Admin'.<\/li>\n
  2. Tap 'Member'.<\/li>\n
  3. Tap 'Add Member' at the top right.<\/li>\n
  4. Enter the member's last name, first name, and ID, and choose a method to generate a password. You can also tap 'Scan business card' and scan a business card to register the information directly.\n

    • Generate automatically: Generates temporary password. Members can be required to register a new password upon their first login.<\/li>\n
    • Create password: Manually register password and then send to the member. Members can be required to register a new password upon their first login.<\/li>\n
    • Send creation link: Members register their password directly via the invitation email.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Select an account activation date. The member will be able to use NAVER WORKS from that date.
      \nSelecting 'Activate now' will set today as the member's join date, and the member can log in and immediately use NAVER WORKS.<\/li>\n
    • Tap 'Add' at the top right.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>
