You can manage all types of contact information needed for your business in one place, including team members, customers, and business partners.<\/p>\n<h1>Types of contacts<\/h1>\n<p>Contacts are classified into <a href=\"\/en\/use-guides\/contacts\/company-members\/open-organization-contact\/\">Company Members<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/help.worksmobile.com\/en\/use-guides\/contacts\/external-contacts\/view\/\">External Contacts.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>In Company Members, you can view the contact information of all members based on the organizational structure.<\/p>\n<p>In External Contacts, you can view the external contacts that have been saved.<\/p>\n<h1>What can you do with Contacts?<\/h1>\n<p><strong># Search member contact information<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You can search and <a href=\"\/en\/use-guides\/contacts\/company-members\/open-organization-contact\/\">check for the contact information of company members added by the administrator by team or department<\/a> in the organization. This is convenient because you can <a href=\"\/en\/use-guides\/contacts\/company-members\/search-organization-contact\/\">search by job or department name<\/a>without knowing the person\u2019s name.<\/p>\n<p><strong># Check the current status of another member<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It becomes easier to find out the <a href=\"https:\/\/help.worksmobile.com\/en\/use-guides\/settings\/personal\/set-my-status\/\">current status of other members<\/a>(absence, busy, etc.) and you can refer to such information for a better collaboration environment.
