You can only access and view the shared note.<\/p>\n<p>A network connection is required for uploading and transcription. On mobile, you can also allow it <a href=\"https:\/\/help.worksmobile.com\/en\/use-guides\/clovanote\/settings\/device-settings\/\">only when there is a WiFi connection<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><div class=\"green lw_tip\"><div class=\"lw_tip_content\"> <strong>Information on transcription time (Quota)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Transcription quota: How it\u2019s allocated<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li id=\"SE-51e45801-c9a8-42c7-9dd2-20e0834940c9\" class=\"se-text-paragraph se-text-paragraph-align-justify \"><span id=\"SE-ef221462-39fb-43a3-af65-9f5108b97f44\" class=\"se-fs-fs16 se-ff-nanumsquare se-weight-unset \">Transcription time (quota) is updated monthly, and unused transcription time (quota) does not roll over.<\/span><\/li>\n<li id=\"SE-7b12d8bd-c84f-4fe6-82fa-bd50054fe57a\" class=\"se-text-paragraph se-text-paragraph-align-justify \"><span id=\"SE-f8ce91a9-23ef-400d-a16c-351a24048272\" class=\"se-fs-fs16 se-ff-nanumsquare se-weight-unset \">Transcription time (quota) is allocated on a pro-rata basis according to the contract start and end dates of the Note plan.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>If the Note plan is changed during use, the transcription time (quota) from the previous plan will expire, and a new quota will be granted on a pro-rata basis according to the new plan.<\/li>\n<li>Transcription time (quota) is shared by all members.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Information for recording and file uploading<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li id=\"SE-51e45801-c9a8-42c7-9dd2-20e0834940c9\" class=\"se-text-paragraph se-text-paragraph-align-justify \"><span id=\"SE-ef221462-39fb-43a3-af65-9f5108b97f44\" class=\"se-fs-fs16 se-ff-nanumsquare se-weight-unset \">Recording and uploading files are limited to 180 minutes in length.<\/span><\/li>\n<li id=\"SE-7b12d8bd-c84f-4fe6-82fa-bd50054fe57a\" class=\"se-text-paragraph se-text-paragraph-align-justify \"><span id=\"SE-f8ce91a9-23ef-400d-a16c-351a24048272\" class=\"se-fs-fs16 se-ff-nanumsquare se-weight-unset \">If you record longer than 180 minutes, the recording immediately ends and is transcribed only up to 180 minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Uploading files longer than 180 minutes is not allowed. Please upload a file within 180 minutes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Recording quota deduction<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li id=\"SE-f2c7c458-1cd0-4352-becf-35012abb2647\" class=\"se-text-paragraph se-text-paragraph-align-justify \"><span id=\"SE-a4c75d38-a511-4744-a3fa-b1c2cf364876\" class=\"se-fs-fs16 se-ff-nanumsquare se-weight-unset \">Transcription time (quota) is deducted based on the time the transcription begins.<\/span><\/li>\n<li id=\"SE-48046446-f3dd-4376-a380-723a3453f8c9\" class=\"se-text-paragraph se-text-paragraph-align-justify \"><span id=\"SE-af15fe96-2c04-4638-9b7f-2c608a269d9a\" class=\"se-fs-fs16 se-ff-nanumsquare se-weight-unset \">If you cancel uploading, the usage time will not be deducted.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>If any transcription time (quota) remains, you can still create a note, and audio transcription will work normally for up to 180 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>If your transcription time (quota) has been fully used up, recordings can still be made, but they won\u2019t be transcribed into text.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<h1>Record audio<\/h1>\n<p>You can start recording and create a new note.<\/p>\n<p>You can also <a href=\"https:\/\/help.worksmobile.com\/en\/use-guides\/clovanote\/settings\/language\/\">set the recognized language<\/a>, add <a href=\"https:\/\/help.worksmobile.com\/en\/use-guides\/clovanote\/create\/bookmark\/\">bookmarks<\/a> and create a <a href=\"https:\/\/help.worksmobile.com\/en\/use-guides\/clovanote\/create\/memo\/\">memo<\/a> while recording.<\/p>\n<div class=\"lwtabs\"><div class=\"lwtabs_item \"><h3 class=\"lwtab_title \">Mobile App<\/h3><div class=\"lwtab_content\">\n<ol>\n<li>Tap <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-348011\" src=\"https:\/\/gsaas-help.pstatic.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/icon-n-clova-plus.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"21\" height=\"20\" \/> in ClovaNote.<\/li>\n<li>Tap 'Record' to start recording. Place the microphone as close as possible to the person speaking while recording.<\/li>\n<li>To end recording, press 'Done'.<\/li>\n<li>Select 'Audio category' and 'Number of participants'.<\/li>\n<li>The audio is automatically transcribed, and a push notification for the new transcript will be sent.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>However, a microphone must be connected when recording on PC.<\/p>\n<p>On PC, you cannot record any audio playing on the browser such as the audio from other members during a video call.<\/p>\n<p>If a dialog box asking a permission to record appears, you must allow ClovaNote to access your microphone in the <em>browser settings<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><\/div><\/div><\/div><span id=\"SE-ef221462-39fb-43a3-af65-9f5108b97f44\" class=\"se-fs-fs16 se-ff-nanumsquare se-weight-unset \"><\/span><\/p>\n<h1>Record video meeting audio<\/h1>\n<p>Record audio during a video meeting to create a note.<\/p>\n<p>When you enter a video meeting link, the ClovaNote bot automatically joins the meeting, records, and creates meeting minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Recording is supported on the following video conferencing services: NAVER WORKS,\u00a0Zoom,\u00a0Microsoft Teams, Webex, and Google Meet.<\/p>\n<p>Note that NAVER WORKS video meetings are available only to the NAVER WORKS Core users.<\/p>\n<p>In the case of Zoom, Webex, and Google Meet, only the host account can approve the ClovaNote bot's participation.<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"SE-a4c75d38-a511-4744-a3fa-b1c2cf364876\" class=\"se-fs-fs16 se-ff-nanumsquare se-weight-unset \">A single user can record up to 2 video meetings simultaneously.<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"lwtabs\"><div class=\"lwtabs_item \"><h3 class=\"lwtab_title \">Mobile App<\/h3><div class=\"lwtab_content\">\n<ol>\n<li>Tap <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-348011\" src=\"https:\/\/gsaas-help.pstatic.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/icon-n-clova-plus.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"21\" height=\"20\" \/> in the ClovaNote app.<\/li>\n<li>Select 'Record Video Meeting'.<\/li>\n<li>Select the language to recognize the meeting.<\/li>\n<li>Tap 'Request' after entering the meeting link.<\/li>\n<li>If the video meeting host approves the ClovaNote bot's participation, the bot automatically joins the meeting and starts recording.<\/li>\n<li>When the meeting ends, audio is automatically converted to text.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"lwtabs_item \"><h3 class=\"lwtab_title \">PC Web<\/h3><div class=\"lwtab_content\">\n<ol>\n<li>Click <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-385614\" src=\"https:\/\/gsaas-help.pstatic.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/Video-Conference-Icon.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"30\" height=\"30\" \/> at the top left of the ClovaNote website.<\/li>\n<li>Select the language to recognize the meeting.<\/li>\n<li>After entering the meeting link, click 'Request'.<\/li>\n<li>If the video meeting host approves the ClovaNote bot's participation, the bot automatically joins the meeting and starts recording.<\/li>\n<li>When the meeting ends, audio is automatically converted to text.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"p1\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/p>\n<p><div class=\"green lw_tip\"><div class=\"lw_tip_content\"> Information on video meeting recording <strong>'Checking connection'<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li id=\"SE-51e45801-c9a8-42c7-9dd2-20e0834940c9\" class=\"se-text-paragraph se-text-paragraph-align-justify \">In cases of Microsoft Teams and Google Meet, if the video conferencing service undergoes an update or structural change, the integration with ClovaNote may be temporarily interrupted, and the recording function via bot may not work properly.<\/li>\n<li id=\"SE-7b12d8bd-c84f-4fe6-82fa-bd50054fe57a\" class=\"se-text-paragraph se-text-paragraph-align-justify \">This is not a system issue with ClovaNote, but rather an integration interruption caused by structural changes in the external video conferencing service, and may result in \u2018Checking connection\u2019 situations. Thank you for your understanding.<\/li>\n<li>ClovaNote continuously monitors the integration status through a health check process and responds as quickly as possible when an issue occurs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Information on service recovery<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li id=\"SE-51e45801-c9a8-42c7-9dd2-20e0834940c9\" class=\"se-text-paragraph se-text-paragraph-align-justify \">Restoring this feature may take more than 1 day, and the duration could be extended depending on the stabilization of the integrated video conferencing service.<\/li>\n<li id=\"SE-7b12d8bd-c84f-4fe6-82fa-bd50054fe57a\" class=\"se-text-paragraph se-text-paragraph-align-justify \">If the integration issue lasts for an extended period, we\u2019ll quickly share updates through the Help Center and NAVER WORKS notices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<h1>Record from Calendar<\/h1>\n<p><div class=\"green lw_tip\"><div class=\"lw_tip_content\">This feature is available after applying for NAVER WORKS Core.<\/div><\/div><\/p>\n<p>You can record an audio or video meeting by importing calendar information from NAVER WORKS Calendar.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/help.worksmobile.com\/en\/use-guides\/clovanote\/settings\/integration\/\">NAVER WORKS integration<\/a> is required to start a ClovaNote recording from the calendar.<\/p>\n<p>If '<span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Record Video Meeting' is selected<\/span>, the ClovaNote bot will automatically be requested to participate using a video meeting link saved in the event.<\/p>\n<p>If <a href=\"https:\/\/help.worksmobile.com\/en\/use-guides\/calendar\/create-event\/add-video-meeting\/\">automatic meeting recording is scheduled for the event<\/a>, the ClovaNote bot will automatically be requested to participate as soon as the event begins.<\/p>\n<p>When you record events that you\u2019ve created, you can also view your note in 'View Note' on the event view screen.<\/p>\n<p>However, recording is not available while offline.<\/p>\n<div class=\"lwtabs\"><div class=\"lwtabs_item \"><h3 class=\"lwtab_title \">Mobile App<\/h3><div class=\"lwtab_content\">\n<ol>\n<li>At the top of the ClovaNote app, tap \u2018Record\u2019 or \u2018Record Video Meeting\u2019 button for the event you want to record from \u2018Today\u2019.<\/li>\n<li>Make sure the recording has started.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"lwtabs_item \"><h3 class=\"lwtab_title \">PC Web<\/h3><div class=\"lwtab_content\">\n<ol>\n<li>At the top of the ClovaNote app, click \u2018Record\u2019 or \u2018Record Video Meeting\u2019 button for the event you want to record from \u2018Today\u2019.<\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Make sure the recording has started.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<h1>Upload an audio file<\/h1>\n<p>You can create a note by uploading a recording file.<\/p>\n<p>You can also edit the title, participants, and memo you enter later.<\/p>\n<div class=\"lwtabs\"><div class=\"lwtabs_item \"><h3 class=\"lwtab_title \">Mobile App<\/h3><div class=\"lwtab_content\">\n<ul>\n<li>If the file is recorded with the iOS default recorder, you need to move the file in Voice Memos before uploading.<\/li>\n<li>Check the file you want to use in Voice Memos. Tap 'Save To Files' and move the file to iCloud Drive or My iPhone folder.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Tap <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-348011\" src=\"https:\/\/gsaas-help.pstatic.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/icon-n-clova-plus.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"21\" height=\"20\" \/> in ClovaNote.<\/li>\n<li>Tap 'Upload file'.<\/li>\n<li>Enter the title, participants, and memo in 'New note'.<\/li>\n<li>Select the file to upload.\n<ul>\n<li>Android: Select the audio file from either the call audio or general tab.<br \/>\nIf you use automatic recording in the settings, the audio file is saved in the call audio tab.<\/li>\n<li>iOS:Select the audio file to transcribe from the iCloud Drive or My iPhone folder.<br \/>\nHowever, only files with .m4a, .mp3, .aad, .amr, and .wav extensions can be uploaded on iOS.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Select 'Audio category' and 'Number of participants' of the uploaded file.<\/li>\n<li>When the file is uploaded, the audio is automatically transcribed and a push notification for a new transcript will be sent.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"lwtabs_item \"><h3 class=\"lwtab_title \">PC Web<\/h3><div class=\"lwtab_content\">\n<ol>\n<li>Click <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-234381\" src=\"https:\/\/gsaas-help.pstatic.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/icon-n-clova-newnote.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"30\" height=\"27\" \/> at the top left.<\/li>\n<li>Drag and drop or attach the file to upload after selecting a recognized language.\n<ul>\n<li>You can only upload files with .m4a, .mp3, .aac, and .wav extensions and the maximum file size is 300 MB.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Select 'Audio category' and 'Number of participants' of the uploaded file.<\/li>\n<li>When the file is uploaded, the audio is automatically transcribed and a push notification for a new transcript will be sent.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<p><div class=\"blue lw_tip\"><div class=\"lw_tip_content\"> On the PC web, you can create notes by uploading multiple files at once.<\/p>\n<p>Files are transcribed sequentially and created as individual notes when you select and drag 2 or more files into the My Notes list on the PC home or in a folder.<\/p>\n<p>You can select a recognized language, and the audio type and number of participants are set as default.<\/p>\n<p>However, we recommend that you do not upload more than 100 files at once.
