{"id":348587,"date":"2018-07-31T17:17:06","date_gmt":"2018-07-31T08:17:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/help.worksmobile.com\/use-guides\/call-settings\/"},"modified":"2024-10-18T13:54:09","modified_gmt":"2024-10-18T04:54:09","slug":"call-setting","status":"publish","type":"use-guides","link":"https:\/\/help.worksmobile.com\/en\/use-guides\/message\/settings\/call-setting\/","title":{"rendered":"Call settings"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>Integrate with iPhone call<\/h1>\n<p>You can receive voice calls and video calls from the NAVER WORKS app through call notifications on your iOS device.<\/p>\n<p>You can view NAVER WORKS call history on the Recents screen of your iOS device and directly reconnect with other NAVER WORKS users from there.<\/p>\n<div class=\"lwtabs\"><div class=\"lwtabs_item \"><h3 class=\"lwtab_title \">Mobile App<\/h3><div class=\"lwtab_content\">\n<ol>\n<li>Tap 'Home' at the bottom.<\/li>\n<li>Tap <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-4629\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/common_24_setting_line.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"20\" height=\"20\" \/>.<\/li>\n<li>To disconnect from iOS call integration, disable 'Integrate with iPhone Phone App'.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<h1>Allow incoming calls<\/h1>\n<p>You can set whether to receive calls from the PC app.<\/p>\n<div class=\"lwtabs\"><div class=\"lwtabs_item \"><h3 class=\"lwtab_title \">PC App<\/h3><div class=\"lwtab_content\">\n<ol>\n<li>Click <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-29541\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/icon-message-pc-app-setting.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"23\" height=\"23\" \/> at the bottom left of the screen.<\/li>\n<li>Click 'Settings'.<\/li>\n<li>Click the 'Call' tab.<\/li>\n<li>Under 'Call', check or uncheck the checkbox of 'Allow incoming calls.'.<br \/>\nIf you disable the option to receive calls, you will not be able to receive 1:1 call requests on the PC app from the other party.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<h1>Speaker, microphone, and camera device settings<\/h1>\n<p>You can check and change the settings for speaker, microphone, and camera devices to use during voice\/video calls.<\/p>\n<div class=\"lwtabs\"><div class=\"lwtabs_item \"><h3 class=\"lwtab_title \">PC App<\/h3><div class=\"lwtab_content\">\n<ol>\n<li>Click <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-29541\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/icon-message-pc-app-setting.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"23\" height=\"23\" \/> at the bottom left of the screen.<\/li>\n<li>Click 'Settings'.<\/li>\n<li>Click the 'Call' tab.<\/li>\n<li>Check the currently selected device in 'Speaker settings' and change settings.\n<ul>\n<li>The default is 'System default', and the speaker is automatically connected according to the settings of the OS.<\/li>\n<li>You can adjust the volume of the speakers you listen to by adjusting the size bar next to <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-61517\" src=\"https:\/\/gsaas-help.pstatic.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/icon-n-act_com_sound_fill.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"24\" height=\"20\" \/>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Check the currently selected device in 'Mic settings' and change settings.\n<ul>\n<li>The default is 'System default', and the microphone is automatically connected according to the settings of the OS.<\/li>\n<li>You can test the microphone volume.
