It can be used in various situations, such as determining event attendance or surveying satisfaction with attended training.<\/p>\n<h1>Various template types<\/h1>\n<p>Form offers around 10 basic templates, including those for event participation, dinner schedules\/menu, and training satisfaction. You can freely <a href=\"\/en\/admin-guides\/manage-service\/form\/form-templates\/\">add or modify these templates<\/a> to suit various business needs.<\/p>\n<h1>What can you do with Form?<\/h1>\n<p><strong># Create survey<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Easily <a href=\"\/en\/use-guides\/form\/write-survey\/add-form\/\">create a survey<\/a> by using the provided templates or creating a new one. When creating the survey, you can also <a href=\"\/en\/use-guides\/form\/write-survey\/settings\/general\/\">set<\/a> the period, respondents, and choose whether to disclose the result to the respondents.<\/p>\n<p><strong># Request customers and clients to participate<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Collect opinions not only from your team members but also from your customers and clients who are using LINE with the <a href=\"\/en\/use-guides\/form\/write-survey\/add-form\/#i-5\">form for external use<\/a> feature.<\/p>\n<p><strong># Check results<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Responses and results are automatically analyzed in real-time, with the number of respondents and response rates displayed in a graph. You can <a href=\"\/en\/use-guides\/form\/survey-result\/view-survey-result\/\">monitor the response status<\/a> while the survey is in progress. If there are non-respondents, encourage them to participate in the survey by <a href=\"\/en\/use-guides\/form\/survey-result\/send-a-message-to-the-respondent\/\">sending reminders<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong># Share survey results<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>After the survey ends, you can <a href=\"\/en\/use-guides\/form\/survey-result\/share-survey-result\/\">share the results<\/a> with others if needed.
