You can also use features for work such as <a href=\"\/en\/use-guides\/message\/check-message\/read-receipt\/\">read receipt<\/a> to see who has read or not read your messages and <a href=\"\/en\/use-guides\/message\/send-message\/delete-recall-message\/\">recall<\/a> messages to prevent mistakes.<\/p>\n<p><strong># Use Note, Event, Task, and Folder<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In a message room with multiple participants, you can use 4 additional features:\u00a0<a href=\"\/en\/use-guides\/message\/note\/\">Note<\/a>, <a href=\"\/en\/use-guides\/message\/group-schedule\/\">Event<\/a>, <a href=\"\/en\/use-guides\/message\/group-task\/\">Task<\/a>, and <a href=\"\/en\/use-guides\/message\/group-folder\/\">Folder<\/a>. These are especially useful for close collaboration with team members.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/en\/use-guides\/message\/message-room\/team-message-room\/\">The Team Message Room<\/a> is synced with the organizational chart.\u00a0 Therefore, when members of the team change, these changes are automatically reflected in the message room.<\/p>\n<p>A project managed by a specific person can be made into a <a href=\"\/en\/use-guides\/message\/message-room\/group-message-room\/group-message-room\/\">Group Message Room<\/a>. The Group Master manages members and feature settings, and it is synced with group contact information in Contacts.<\/p>\n<p><strong># Voice and video calls<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sometimes sharing ideas through text alone is difficult. As a solution, you can send <a href=\"\/en\/use-guides\/message\/send-message\/voice-message\/\">voice messages<\/a> or make <a href=\"\/en\/use-guides\/message\/voice-video-call\/\">voice and video calls<\/a> for better communication.
