{"id":379199,"date":"2024-03-07T13:59:21","date_gmt":"2024-03-07T04:59:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/help.worksmobile.com\/use-guides\/drive-switch\/"},"modified":"2025-05-08T18:31:34","modified_gmt":"2025-05-08T09:31:34","slug":"drive-switch","status":"publish","type":"use-guides","link":"https:\/\/help.worksmobile.com\/en\/use-guides\/drive\/drive-switch\/","title":{"rendered":"Drive Switch"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><div class=\"green lw_tip\"><div class=\"lw_tip_content\">This feature is available after applying for NAVER WORKS Core or the Standard or Standard Plus plan of WORKS Drive.<\/div><\/div><del><\/del><\/p>\n<p>Drive Switch allows you to import data from external cloud services to NAVER WORKS Drive.<br \/>\nIt is available starting from the Standard plan, and the Standard Plus plan provides the additional settings listed below.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Settings for handling by file extension, size, and upload date<\/li>\n<li>Setting to retain the modified date information of the original file<\/li>\n<li>Settings for hourly schedules<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1>Import data<\/h1>\n<p>Import data from the external cloud service.<br \/>\nAny member of the folder the data will be saved can access the imported data.<br \/>\nHowever, you can only select services previously connected from the 'External Service Connection' menu.<\/p>\n<div class=\"lwtabs\"><div class=\"lwtabs_item \"><h3 class=\"lwtab_title \">PC Web<\/h3><div class=\"lwtab_content\">\n<ol>\n<li>Click <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-164344\" src=\"https:\/\/gsaas-help.pstatic.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/ic20_viewtype_thumbnail_767676.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"20\" height=\"20\" \/> at the top.<\/li>\n<li>Click 'Drive'.<\/li>\n<li>Click <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-48275\" src=\"https:\/\/gsaas-help.pstatic.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/ic20_menu_setting_767676.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"23\" height=\"23\" \/> at the top right.<\/li>\n<li>From 'Default', click 'Import Files from Another Drive Service'.<\/li>\n<li>In the left menu, click 'Migration'.<\/li>\n<li>Click 'Import'.<\/li>\n<li>Select the external cloud service to import data.<\/li>\n<li>Select the data and location to import.\n<ul>\n<li>Select the data to import. You can only select files and folders you can access or download in the external cloud services.<\/li>\n<li>Select where you want to save the photo. You can only select folders you have permissions to edit or create in Drive when selecting the location.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Click 'Add' to add the import list and then 'Next'. You can add more than 1 import list.<\/li>\n<li>Change advanced settings. Select actions to apply on the imported data and click 'Next'.<\/li>\n<li>Select the date and time to start importing and click 'Next'.<br \/>\nClick 'Previous' to return to the previous step.<\/li>\n<li>Click 'Import' after reviewing the settings.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<p>Some advanced settings and scheduling are only available in the Drive Standard Plus plan.<\/p>\n<p><div class=\"blue lw_tip\"><div class=\"lw_tip_content\">While Drive Switch does not support data import from NAS, you can conveniently transfer data using the Drive Explorer.<\/p>\n<p>First, refer to the guide of NAS service you use and connect NAS to the file explorer or finder.
