This feature is available after applying for WORKS Drive or the Standard or Standard Plus plan of NAVER WORKS Core.<\/div><\/div><\/p>\n

Virtual drive<\/h1>\n

Windows Drive Explorer offers 2 sync methods: virtual drive mode and 1:1 folder sync mode.<\/p>\n

A virtual drive is a sync method where all files and folders from NAVER WORKS Drive are automatically created and stored in a virtual drive on your PC, instead of selecting specific folders.<\/p>\n

By using a virtual drive, you can access all files and folders in NAVER WORKS Drive without taking up space on your PC.<\/p>\n

Folders that you do not have access to are displayed on the virtual drive, but you cannot view the contents inside them.<\/p>\n

However, virtual drives can only be used when connected to a network.<\/p>\n

Check virtual drive<\/h1>\n

Once you install Drive Explorer and log in, you can immediately use the virtual drive of the PC web drive without any additional setup.<\/p>\n

By default, the virtual drive is created as 'NAVER WORKS Drive (W:)' on your PC unless you change the name.<\/p>\n

However, if (W:) overlaps with another drive, it may be displayed with a different alphabet.<\/p>\n

  1. Run Drive Explorer and log in.<\/li>\n
  2. Open the folder explorer on your PC.<\/li>\n
  3. Check 'NAVER WORKS Drive (W:)' in the left list.
    \nYou can directly access all the folders and files in 'Collaborative Drive', 'My Drive', and 'Message Room Folders'.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n

    Set virtual drive name<\/h1>\n

    You can change the name of the virtual drive.<\/p>\n

    1. Run Drive Explorer and log in.<\/li>\n
    2. Right-click the Drive Explorer icon on the taskbar.<\/li>\n
    3. Click 'Settings'.<\/li>\n
    4. Click 'Basic settings'.<\/li>\n
    5. Click the 'Settings' button of 'Virtual Drive Settings'.<\/li>\n
    6. Change the drive name and choose an alphabet to use as the drive name.<\/li>\n
    7. Click 'OK'.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n

      Guide to virtual drive (W:) usage capacity display<\/h1>\n

      Windows Drive Explorer displays virtual drives in the same way as regular storage devices (e.g., USB, external SSD).
      \nIn Drive Explorer, it may be difficult to accurately calculate and reflect the actual cloud usage and available capacity of the logged-in account.
