In other words, normal synchronization is possible only if both the file's metadata and content data exist.

In the case of files within folders in the existing NAVER WORKS Drive Explorer, there will be files that are 100% saved on My Computer, and there may also be files that are in an online-only state.

When proceeding with 1:1 folder sync, it pre-checks and verifies the status of files within the My Computer folder you wish to configure, specifically whether they are 'saved on My Computer'.

If they are not saved on My Computer, it cannot be guaranteed that synchronization will proceed as normal, and sync failures may occur as a result.

If you also set up a sync folder in the Explorer of other services (OneDrive, Dropbox, Box, etc.), synchronization may not proceed normally for the same reasons mentioned above, and it may be treated as a sync failure.

Unsync folder

You can disable sync for folders that do not need to be synced in real time.
Disabling sync will stop real-time syncing, but the data synced up to that point will remain on your PC.
Even if it is already being synced, it will be automatically canceled in the following cases:

If you lose editing permission for the NAVER WORKS Drive folder

If the drive on your PC or NAVER WORKS Drive that contains the folder to be synced is running out of space

If the folder name of your PC has changed

If a folder is deleted from your PC or NAVER WORKS Drive

Windows

Run Drive Explorer and log in.

Right-click the Drive Explorer icon on the taskbar.

Click 'Settings'.

Click the 'Sync Setting' tab.

Disable the setting on the right of the folder you want to unsync.

Click 'OK'.

Unsync folder

You can permanently stop syncing by deleting a folder from the sync list.

Select and delete the folder regardless of its sync status.
