Opening an OTP link requires a two-step security authentication process.<\/p>\n

If you close the screen during the authentication process or switch screens within the app, you will have to start the authentication process over again.<\/p>\n

Authenticate OTP link<\/h1>\n

Verify the link through security authentication.<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Open the security link.<\/li>\n
  2. Enter the email address where the link was shared on the authentication screen.\n
      \n
    • If the received email with the link is from a mailing list, enter it as follows, depending on the method.
      \n\n\n\n\n
      Accessed via notification email<\/td>\n\n
        \n
      • Enter the email address that received the email<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
      Accessed via email attachment<\/td>\n\n
        \n
      • If the sender is an internal member: Enter your email address<\/li>\n
      • If the sender is a external member: Enter the email address that received the email<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • If you received an email containing an OTP number, enter the received OTP number on the authentication screen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
