This feature is available after applying for NAVER WORKS Core or the Standard or Standard Plus plan of WORKS Drive.<\/div><\/div><\/p>\n

You can easily receive files by sharing folder-specific request links with external users who do not have a NAVER WORKS account.<\/p>\n

The folder\u2019s contents are not shared, and recipients can upload files without logging in.<\/p>\n

However, your administrator must allow you to use file requests<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Create file requests<\/h1>\n

Create a file request link in the folder.<\/p>\n

Drive App<\/h3>

  1. In Drive, tap \"\" next to the folder where you want to receive the file.<\/li>\n
  2. Tap 'Request Files'.<\/li>\n
  3. Tap the 'Copy Link' button and copy the link. You can also tap the 'Send Link' button to send the link to an external app.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. Click \"\" at the top.<\/li>\n
    2. Click 'Drive'.<\/li>\n
    3. In Drive, click the \"\" icon next to the folder where you want to receive the file.<\/li>\n
    4. Click 'Request Files'.<\/li>\n
    5. Click the 'Copy' button and copy the link.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Manage file requests<\/h1>\n

      You can edit settings for the shared file request link, including link activation, message, deadline, and password.<\/p>\n

        \n
      • Link activation status: You can temporarily stop uploads without deleting the file request link. Disabling the request link will prevent file uploads through that link.<\/li>\n
      • Message: Enter a message to send to the person you\u2019re requesting files from. The message you enter will be displayed when accessing the request link.<\/li>\n
      • Deadline: You can set a deadline for when the file can be uploaded to that link. After the deadline, the request link will be automatically disabled, and file uploads will no longer be possible.<\/li>\n
      • Password: You can restrict file uploads via the link to only those who know the password. <\/span>Your password can contain 4 to 16 characters of numbers, letters, and special characters.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        2. Tap 'Request Files'.<\/li>\n
        3. Tap 'Change Settings' and change the settings.<\/li>\n

          5. Click 'Advanced' and change the settings.<\/li>\n
          6. Click 'OK'.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            Delete file requests<\/h1>\n

            If you no longer want to receive files, you can delete the file request link.<\/p>\n

            Deleting the request link will disable access to it.
